Good value!

Stated here a couple of nights. Found staff really helpful. Breakfast a bit basic. Not far from shopping centre. Very good room with comfortable bed but bathroom needs updating . Overall good value for money

Very nice Hotel

Cons: The hotel restaurant is a little underwhelming
Location: There is no public access to the sea anywhere nearby
Only stayed one night but found it to be very nice. A little far from the centre of town on a very busy road. Some very nice restaurants not too far away. Don't pay more than 20 LE for a taxi from the train station!!

NO Facilities at all! reception not "helping"

Pros: the people who are cleaning the rooms and carrying bags
Cons: Facilities and training for the reception.
Rooms very small no GYM no pool no beach access all hotels over the world can give you late check out @3 but they refused to extend more than 1:00

Nice hotel with plenty of choice for breakfast

Pros: views on the beach and breakfast
Cons: better communication and door guards to stop asking guest room numbers so often. Check in time is enough for introduction
Location: Beach and nice walk environment along splanade
Communication problems happens all the time - You would expect waiters and house keepers speak fair English....but they cant

Wonderful hotel and staff!

Cons: Wireless internet in the rooms would be helpful.
I picked this hotel through Expedia, simply based on the reviews. I was extremely happy with my choice! The hotel is a beautiful property, the rooms are plush, comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotless, and have all of the amenities. There was even a complimentary plate of fresh fruit and two bottles of water, which was a very nice touch. The staff was super, especially Ahmed and Aya at the front desk. The restaurant was delightful and the staff was very accomodating. The fact that the restaurant is open 24 hours is wonderful. Everyone, from housekeeping to the security staff, was top-notch. And, the front desk was always there to answer questions and to give advice. The price was quite reasonable, which was as added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

deception absolue ... y a pas de services à l'hotel, pas de gym ni de piscine pour un Mercure ... nouriture pourri, pas tres sympa à la reception Pour un Mercure, c'est de la honte

Service ist gut in Restaurant beim frühstuck schlecht essen schmeckt nicht und sehr schlecht Service wenn mochte was bringen finde mein essen nicht meisten kein Wasser oder Tassen und Servietten und so weiter

Clealiness problem

The room was not clean whatsoever.. The lamp next to the bed had a chewing gum stuck to it( very disgusting). We took a picture of it because we were intending to send a complaint.. Also, the runner on the bed had a lot of stains as if it was not ever washed.. The sofa was stained too. The best thing about this hotel was the friendly service we received from the guy preparing the omelettes during breakfast time. I think this review requires your consideration.
