Nice Location but...

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The Staff and manager were all professional and helpful. I command all of them and they did their best
Cons: Update your furniture, it is too old and remove these dark huge ugly curtains. Build underground bridge to connect the hotel with private beach
Location: Nice location , close to a lot of attractions, you can take a taxi to take you to downtown and it costs you $4.New Library and Montaza Palace close-by
Located in very nice area in Alexandria and although the staff were very professional, the hotel itself is dated and badly needs updating. Parking is confusing for the visitors. You have to cross a busy street to reach its private beach.

average worth hotel, no way Sheraton standard

Posted May 11, 2014
Pros: the sea view and the size of the suite.
Cons: rooms needs renovation.swimming pool needs to have more privacy.barber and hair dresser outlets needs immediate renovation due to the equipment used
Location: the hotel has a prefect access to the city and away from the traffic, in addition to being right on the beach.
you need to inform the hotel management to control the music and the cafeteria across the road as i was staying on the 13 floor, yet i could not sleep every night until 3 am due to the level of the music that is played. outlets should have more food varieties especially breakfast buffet and their al la carte restaurant.

Great location

Posted Feb 26, 2014
Location was absolutely great. Took almost an hour to check in. They are not used of online booking. It's a 4 star hotel not as advertised. Overall experience was very good.

not bad for the price

Posted Nov 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel was not bad. The customer service was extremely helping and nice; my only problem was the internet. It was 26 dollars U.S. a day. It seems that hotels can provide the service; little annoying.
