“Pineville hotel”

very clean, inside hot tub and pool, very nice. Hotel rooms were high quality and wonderful free continental breakfast

“Thanksgiving Clan Gathering”

Two twin beds were comfortable. No thermostat in room, but still workable and comfortable. Complementry breakfast was ok (unless you are a meat eater). Heated spa was not...heated that is. Baby tub warm was all. Worst distraction of a 4 day stay was the room cards resetting themselves after two days and needing to be reset every morning thereafter. All in all a very good stay, compaired to other stays in other locations. Fairly easy access as well, on a main roadway 1/2 mile or less from the hwy.

“Hotel was very nice”

The hotel was very nice and so was the indoor pool. The rooms were good as well.

“Great place to stay! Exceeded Expectations!”

Very clean, upscale, comfortable and a really great breakfast including a waffle maker. The only (minor) problem was that I could hear my neighbor's tv through the wall in my room... but it wasn't too terribly loud. Highly recommend for business travelers, and even families.

“Value for the $$”

We've stayed here several times while visiting family over holidays, and have always been very pleased. The staff is extremely friendly and eager to help, the rooms large and comfortable, and the cold breakfast is adequate. My only complaint is the musty smell in the room, which could probably be eliminated by a thorough cleaning of the a/c unit and changing its filter.

“Nice place to visit”

All was great with the hotel with the exception fo the bed which seemed ok at first but became very uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a cardboard box. Great continental breakfast (I liked the waffles)

“They wouldn't believe me.”

The hotel was nice, but when we tried to take a shower the next morning there was'nt any hot water. When we tried to explain to the person working, she didn't believe us. No one came up to the room to try it out.

“Only complaints”

My 2 complaints were: 1. We must have had a smoke alarm in our room that was almost out of battery. It chirped all night about once an hour. I forgot to tell the desk personnel upon leaving. 2. My alarm went off at 7:30 in the morning but we really didn't need it. There were ladies talking loudly outside of our room for a long time; making me think they were employees. I certainly don't mind the visiting but it could be taken somewhere else.
