“Windsor Palace Hotel, Alexandria”

Our stay at this hotel was the only, and the biggest, disappointment of our 17 day trip to Egypt. I choose this particular hotel because of it's location, star rating, and cost. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was a disaster. Upon entering, the lamp did not work, TV did not work, there were no pillows on the bed, there were two hangers in the wardrobe for two people, the air condition never did cool off the room. The absolute worst issue was the absolutely moldy shower curtain in the bathroom. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to anyone.
