A piece of Tranquility
The hosts Antonio and Lena have paid great attention to detail to make staying Masseria Li Capperi utterly relaxing.The old farmhouse has been tastefully renovated and the rooms are spotlessly clean and cool, oh.. and the bed is heavenly comfortable. The small number of rooms and the generously of the hosts means you get great advice about the area and about the best places to eat. Breakfast is served right outside your room amongst the ancient olive trees and gardens of flowers. If you want a stay filled with peace and tranquility - choose Li Capperi!

La location e bella,immersa nella campania salentina fuori dal caos della costa ionica,ben diversa dalla sorella adriatica,la piscina è pero poco più di una pozzanghera,ma chi va in salento x una piscina,credo ben pochi.Bucolica ,ma x chi come me vuole mare mare mare ,un po lontano da ogni spiaggia ,15/20 minuti almeno.Idem per la cena,anche se questo non credo sia un problema per molti ,ma meglio evidenziarlo,a scanso di equivoci.Punto forte è la gentilezza della signora Wanda che lo gestisce con molta signorilità ,ma purtroppo venendo da un lavoro di affitta alloggi non ha ben chiaro il rapporto ed i servizi da fornire al cliente ,esempio ,colazione alle 8.30 ,bene non posso avere alle 8.50 i piatti vuoti sui tavoli e nulla altro,dovrei magari arrivare prima ad apparecchiare e preparare!!!Una cartina con spiagge, mete da visitare ,ma personale,fotocopiata con note creata da lei ,non un opuscolo pubblicitario,il particolare fa la differenza,inoltre non posso gestire un attività nella quale sono presente solo sino alle 10/11 poi ricomparire il giorno successivo,inoltre le norme basilari come il cambio della biancheria devono essere indicati x non creare equivoci!!! Quindi a mio parere struttura molto bella in uno splendido contesto ma con servizi personali ridotti al minimo ,per la cifra pagata appena sufficienti ,figli appunto alla non abitudine nella gestione B&B!!!!

Masseria vicina alla splendida Baia Verde
Questa masseria è davvero l'ideale per chi ama la campagna pugliese con gli ulivi, lontana dal caos delle città ingolfate di turisti. Garantisce pace e tranquillità, è a due passi dall'incantevole Baia Verde e logisticamente in una ottima posizione per girare il Salento da nord a sud. Il personale è squisito, disponibile anche per informazioni che non riguardano la struttura. La pulizia è massima, non ci sono zanzare perché fanno la disinfestazione. Colazione ottima e camere molto carine. Consiglio!

Bonita masseria
La masseria ofrece una cómoda estancia rodeada de vegetación. Las habitaciones son simples, como se espera de una casa de campo pero están bien decoradas han sido recientemente amuebladas y no les falta de nada. Está a pocos minutos de la playa Baia Verde y la bonita ciudad de Gallipolli. La única pega, el precio nos pareció algo excesivo para haber ido en temporada baja y además el hotel estaba aún en fase de acondicionamento. Tienen planes de duplicar la capacidad de huéspedes añadiendo otras 4 habitaciones lo que temo puede menguar el encanto del lugar. Nos hubiera gustado también que el personal hubiese sabido dar un poco de contexto histórico de la masseria visto que se presenta como edificio típico histórico.

Masseria nel verde a breve distanza dal mare
La masseria è immersa nella campagna. Vi si accede tramite una stradina stretta e sterrata delimitata da sterpaglie. All'arrivo l'impatto non è dei migliori in quanto il cancello d'ingresso è completamente divorato dalla ruggine e il nome della masseria scritto sul muro è scolorito dal tempo . La cordialità e la disponibilità dei proprietari sono sicuramente la carta vincente di questa struttura. La colazione, servita nel patio (non a buffet, come dichiarato su Expedia), lascia pienamente soddisfatti ( 2 tipi di frutta fresca, 4 tipi di torte e dolci, alcuni surgelati, altri molto buoni di pasticceria e preparati dalla proprietaria, nonché succo di frutta e confezioni monodose di marmellate nutella e fette biscottate). Nel giardino è presente anche una piscina fuori terra. Per quanto riguarda le camere, posso parlare solo della Donna Viola nella quale abbiamo alloggiato. Probabilmente, tra tutte, è quella più svantaggiata: il corridoio stretto e le porte arrugginite rendono infelice il primo impatto (e, in verità , anche i successivi). La camera però è ampia, con un bel bagno, aria condizionata e zanzariere removibili. Non si soffre l'assenza della tv. In definitiva la struttura è un buon punto di riferimento per visitare Gallipoli e le spiagge della costa jonica, rimanendo fuori dal caos del centro abitato. Una maggiore manutenzione (es. soffione della doccia rotto e porte arrugginite) giustificherebbe a pieno il prezzo praticato.

Oförglömliga dagar på Li Capperi
Vi hade fyra härliga dagar hos Antonio och LIna ! Deras positiva inställning och öppenhet bidrog till att vi pratade och umgicks med flera gäster på den lilla gården. Läget var perfekt, nära både Gallipoli och stränderna Vi trivdes mycket bra på denna B& B, och kan varmt rekommendera den!
