Pure chains hotel in the middle of Paris!!! If you are not Chains don't go there Garden is under renovation and is a mess

Good value for money

Pros: the rooms have undergone major renovations and are comfortable, the staff was friendly and polite. The underground Hotel car park was very convenient.
Cons: The structure is clearly quite aged, it could do with some modernization.
Good value for money, a bit far from the city center (about 50 min) but altogether it was worth the stay.

Good stay, good location, good value for money

Overall it was a very good stay with the positives being very good value for money being so close to the city centre (we paid £82 for a standard double) and the view was great overlooking the river and most of South Eastern paris. It's also very close to a metro which is the best mode of transport by far. Negatives being the double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together which can be very uncomfortable, the food was very expensive even for Paris standards and there was a lack English tourist information (was all in chinese or French). However that aside we had a good stay and would recommend to a friend.

hôtel idéal à 30 min. (à pied + métro) de Paris

Pros: - l'accueil et le personnel chaleureux et sympathique - la chambre familiale très propre, calme, tout confort, spacieuse
Cons: le petit-déjeuner continental : le café, le jus d'orange et surtout le pain étaient de qualité moyenne/inférieure, les croissants un peu secs, etc.
Location: quartier sans intérêt mais à 10 min. à pied du métro "Ecole Vétérinaire Maisons-Alfort", 15-20 min. de métro du centre de Paris,
Après quelques hésitations, c'était un excellent choix et contrairement à certains commentaires : - personnel aux petits soins - chambre (familiale) au calme avec balcon et vue sur le jardin chinois - petit-déjeuner au restaurant et non séparé de la clientèle chinoise - grande télé écran-plat avec toutes les chaînes - chaussons, produits et tout le matériel à disposition sur place La seule critique que nous avons pu vérifier, c'est que le petit déjeuner manque de qualité pour un 4 étoiles (d'où notre note de 4/5). Par ailleurs à mentionner : - lits très confortables - reçu notre chambre à notre arrivée le matin car disponible - parking à 6 € la nuit ! Rapport qualité/prix plus que satisfaisant (sauf petit-déjeuner)

Nice rooms but only ok overall

Room was nice but it did smell of smoke. Service was not the best for example when I phoned reception to ask for an iron I was told to come to pick it myself.

The worst hotel on the planet

As soon as we got their reception staff not helpfull then the rooms no drinking water no tea Coffee making facility ,toilet role holder broken. bugs in the room the aircon didn't work told the reception staff they said the wold sort it out nothing happend so we kept the balcony door open doing the moos out side kept us up all night so we woke up at 13.00 when we asked the reception for the room to be serviced the said the house keeping had gone home all though in the literature the house keeping could be done until 16.30 and when we complained about the heat in the room the said we should have switched the a/c off and open the balcony door we said that was the resone for waking up late a very very poor show we had 3 rooms for four night but checked out after one

Our technical service had verified the airconditioning and put it on the next day. Furthermore, you put in front your door the indication "Do not disturb" that why the housekeeping do not clean your room, but the cleaning was made in the afternoon around 16h30 and we put the facilities as water, tea and coffee. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus du service et de la qualité du petit déjeuner qui n'est pas du tout à la hauteur d'un hôtel 4 étoiles. Non seulement il était très succinct mais les viennoiseries et le pain étaient proche de la qualité de la grande distribution. Plus de jus de fruit à seulement 8h30.
