“Very good value”

Good value hotel and very pleasant member of staff on reception

“Good room but hotel hard to find and not booked in”

Once we got into our room it was very good. However it would have been helpful if the directions had said that the hotel was on the northern carriageway as we had to find our way via the service gates which would have been very difficult in the dark! There was no food available on the northern carriageway so we had to walk to the McDonalds on the southern carriageway (via the service gates once more!). The main problem we had however was that the hotel did not have our booking on their computer system so we had a lengthy book in having to speak to Expedia on the phone to confirm our booking. The lady on duty however got us into our room quickly despite this!
