Best Western Hotel Dom Bernardo

Excellent value for money, thus my rating like for like. Used to stay overnight in Faro.

Only disappointment was the parking situation. The hotel had 6 or 7 parking spots for the whole hotel. No underground parking either. We were luck that we arrived early enough to park in those spaces, if not, it would have been the adjacent narrow street.

Very good hotel and good value; would stay again. Taxi from airport costs up to 15 euros (March 2013) so return trip in taxi from airport costs nearly as much as night in hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. Few amenities, but for the price it was safe, had parking behind the hotel, easy to find, and the staff was friendly and very helpful!

Its not a bad place you can walk to the main marina in 10 mins which is the main area and also near the old city. The hotel was in a quite neighbourhood. I like the location

A very clean comfortable hotel and one i would recommend.

The room was great for what we paid, it could have been cleaner but for £36 a night you cant go wrong, the staff were great and all spoke excellent English. The hotel was only 5 min walk from town in the 'locals' area, can be noisy at night but I experienced that all over the Algarve (especially when Benfica were playing) Overall great for the budget, but if you are fussy then pay more for somewhere else.

Very friendly staff, comfortable and excellent breakfast. Good position in the town centre. Great value for money.

Enjoyed our stay. Only a small hotel, but staff made you feel welcome.
