“Very nice very new hotel”

We really enjoyed our stay here - the hotel is very new, surroundings are very well finished and the golf course makes a nice view. The food was good considering it was all inclusive and free internet in the rooms a bonus.

“Fantastic”

Fantastic time for what we paid! Only real let down was the food - breakfast buffet was included. Selection was good but it was cold unless you managed to get it as it came out of the kitchen. Grounds were lovely & had a really enjoyable stay!

“paradise in portugal”

Absolutely brilliant relaxing holiday.! The only downside was that on booking we noted that the hotel accepted children over the age if 13 years only, but to our dismay there was babies and toddlers everywhere!(we left our own children at home! Hotel excellent but do need to state clearly the child issue, also their neighbouring hotel was allowed to share the facilities which did `down grade`the WOW factor!

The only complaints we had is that there is only one bar open at night other than the one on the 5th floor & it it very expensive , as you have to pay for it even if you are on all inclusve deal, Not enough seats out side in the evening when the lobby is full

“Planning to go back.”

The location of this hotel is the only downside. It is a considerable distance from Faro airport. Everything else about the hotel, the level of service received, food quality and option as well as hotel cleanliness and comfort exceed our expectations. We plan to go back again next year and since our return we have recommended this hotel to our friends who also took a trip and came back with the same level of satisfaction. My only gripe is that the hotel spa facilities were not included in the price of our stay and the gym facilities were really a let down, with only a couple of CV machines, one of which (Treadmill) was not working for the entire duration of our stay.

“Fantastic Hotel.”

The Hotel and surrounding area are quite new, there were three large swimming pools and plenty of sunbeds.Everywhere was spotless,We stayed for four nights on a bed and breakfast basis,the room was fabulous and the food delicious.A definate 5 star. The only disappointment was that you had to pay to the use spa facilities,this was at a cost of 15 euros per day. All treatments were at an additional cost. It was very quiet but scenic around the area of the Hotel, If nightlife is what you want then Albufeira Old Town was a ten minute taxi ride away,this cost approximately 13 euros, but well worth visiting as there were plenty of restaurants,shops and bars. Would definately go again.

“a very satisfied customer”

my partner and i spent 5 nights a few weeks ago. it was the best holiday we'd been on so far..the food was delicious, the breakfast had varieties both cold and hot English breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel most nights and we really enjoyed it. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful always prepared to help and spoke very good english., i would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the town centre both the new and old. This hotel certainly deserves its 5* rating. Loved every minute of it.

Overall Good holiday more a 4 star tan fiv rooms good size but spaciously little furniture no tea making facility expected in thisrated accom . Beach best I have been to in a long time. Food ok for all inclusive warm plates need to offered as most of the prepared food goes cool quickly .if you are looking for evening entertainment then do not go here as there is none apart from some very basic one man with amp in the corner of the bar not any good considering this is a family orientated hotel . Clearly the whole area this hotel is located represents significant area development for the ca group which will over time improve. Still some building work but does not impact. Most of the pools are not heatedmaking them not as enticing as they appear. Palm village kids area not built yet !!! In summary 8/10 hopefully they will take note and put finishing touches on what will when fully established be good option for a quiet family holiday

“Great hotel in great location let down by some staff with attitude problem”

A new and impressive hotel set in a prestigious golf resort. Rooms were big and modern although did not have a bath. Overall a relaxing experience only let down by a couple of rude and ignorant staff in the restaurant. Local area is beautiful with plenty of decent restaurants around Gale and Salgados.
