“Not a 4 star - more like a 2 star”
Although staff was somewhat nice, this hotel could barely be called a 2 star hotel. The hallway carpet was filthy, there was a cigarette burn in the bedspread, there were no double beds as promised online - the beds were more like cots. We rented 4 rooms and they were all the same - horrible. The hose to the hair dryers in 3 of the room had large slices in them so they did not work & in the 4th room it was ripped off the wall! The toilets did not shut off and the shower was barely usable. Expedia did help us get 50% of our money back and through my working with the manger & multiple phone calls, was able to get 1 additional night's refund. We would NEVER go back here or recommend it to anyone.
