Decent hotelPosted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The pool was clean and the staff were friendly.
Cons: The rooms and the food menu.
Location: This hotel was a good 40 minutes from Faro with no public transport links nearby. It was about 20 minutes from Albufiera.
This hotel is essentially in the middle of nowhere. There are a couple of shops and a private Golf Resort nearby but apart from that you cannot walk to anywhere of interest. The beach is 20 minutes walk away but involves steep hills and flights of steps. The hotel food was alright though the menu did not really change much throughout the week. The room was in desperate need of an upgrade. Mould in the bathroom and cracks down the walls didn't help the appeal.

Store leiligheter for lite pengerPosted Oct 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Et helt greit hotell å bo på. Jeg bestilte 2 leiligheter med 2 soverom. Leiligheten var store (over 100 kvm) med helt greie standard. Absolutt valuta for pengene. Men synes ikke hotellet har 4 stjerners standard. Servicen er også midt på tre.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle to Beach. About 5 minutePosted Aug 29, 2014
Food was good but lacked vegetarian choice. We went 'All inclusive' which was well worth the extra. Two pools. One quieter and a busier one with music. A few nice shops a couple of minutes walk A bank, supermarket and gifts/clothes and restaurants. We spent the day at Zoomarine and swam with the dolphins which was a wonderful experience.

Good holiday great apartment 2 bed 2 baathroomsPosted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Apartment and day time entertainment for children
Cons: Food, more choice and variation although quality fine
Location: Quiet location with only a few bars and restaurants close by. 20mins walk to beach and lots of steps to access it
Stayed in a 2 bed apartment which had 2 bathrooms. Very spacious and cleaned every day. Husband was travelling with a broken leg and staff very accommodating to our needs for ground floor room etc. Stayed on an all inc basis. Food was nice especially breakfast although choice was a bit limited at lunch and dinner. Fortunately my children aren't fussy eaters but you may struggle if your kids are as no separate children's buffet. Only night we were disappointed with was Portuguese night. Entertainment in the day was good and children got involved with activities night time entertainment only ok, but good atmosphere.
