Was a pleasant stay, the property was clean lovely pool view, was nice and peaceful. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and very accomodating! They decorated the room for mine and my partners anniversary which was lovely. The location is within close proximity to everything, loads of restaurants or supermarkets near and not a long walk to the nightlife area. Would definitely recommend staying here, I plan to come back!

Nice vacation property. Very helpful and courteous staff. A little refreshment is required however it would never dissuade me from returning. Excellent gated property. Recommend.

Lovely staff but alot of 'rules'
+The staff were great, all really friendly and helpful. The lady who cleaned the rooms was great. +The pool area was lovely and very clean. + Our check out was extended no problem by an hour and half, i think by the manger, who was really friendly and happy. + at the weekend there was entertainment poolside +The hotel were very responsive to any communication we sent before arrival +they offer a great transfer service to and from the airport and also can organise a taxi to the Old Town if needed. - there are alot of 'rules' - you only get 1 key and fob, meaning if 1 person goes home, or goes for a walk and others go elsewhere, the rest dont have a key or fob - there was no budging on this and it was extremely frustrating. - there was a minimum spend on card, which at this stage should be redundant as the use of cash is pretty redundant now. This meant you couldnt just get a bottle of water. - If you got a cocktail, you werent allowed bring the 'glass' poolside..eventhough the 'glass' was plastic.

3 single beds apartment (we had for 3 adults 2 regular beds and a kids one) which for 2 adults is not comfortable. In the room was saying 3 single beds (did not say it was a child one, one of them) Towels are changed every 2 days and if you need daily you need to pay. bedlinen changed once a week Had to pay daily to use an iron.

Both my party and myself enjoyed our stay at Natura. Nice hotel in an ideal location. I do think they should review their policy on their guests wearing wristbands and perhaps bringing in key cards for the rooms. However, our stay was excellent, good value for money.

Great place at a very fair price.
Great place with a comfortable feel and basic accommodation. Staff were always polite and accommodating. As a group of 17 men, we were pre warned about behaviour, which I completely understand. We never had an issue whilst in the hotel. I would definitely go back with a group or family.

We changed to thias hotel mid way through our holiday. Front desk staff were very helpfull, place was clean. Kitchen equiped with washing machine. It was quiet as we were there in November, Portugal itself was very clean and the people helpfull, we got lost the one day and asked directions, we were offered a lift back to our hotel by the young family, we will be visiting Portugal again. Thankyou

We got a wondeful apartment for a great price. Place was very nice and clean, nice pool and in the middle of the city. You literally have everything around you and the beach is about 10 minutes walking. We had a great time!

Hotel was lovely about 10 mins walk to beach and strip staff very friendly room was cleaned every day pool was a nice size and there were always plenty of sun beds bar man and pool attendant Eduardo was always happy would definitely recommend this hotel

Great location for your Algarve holiday, nice beaches nearby The Hotel has a rigid Late CHECK IN POLICY which put me off we asked for an early one in advance but this was refused . We were told twice the room wasnt ready when it had been ready hours previously. Our neighbours told us same story. The staff are obviously told to say this ....so no one gets in early so why not just be honest and say so guys ? ?

Dear Juliet, Thank you very much for your review. Regarding the check-in policy, it is informed to all the guests, travel agencies and tour operators that the check-in time is after 04.00pm. When it is possible, and if the apartment is ready before, the check-in in the apartment can be earlier. The room is only ready to check-in the guests, when the reception has the confirmation of the Housekeeper that it is cleaned and with no need of maintenance. For the guests, it can seem that it is ready, but if there is something missing or if there is some maintenance to do, we must have everything prepared before the guest enter in the apartment. Some apartments are ready before 04:00pm, and when this happens, for sure we let the guests check-in earlier. Apart from this, we hope you had a great stay with us. Kind regards

Lovely stay after rocky start
We got off to not the best start, as the hotel hadn't booked our transfer from the airport, despite having confirmed this with us a week previously. As a result we arrived at th hotel outside of check in hours, and so found the reception locked and had to call for a staff member to let us in. We had been assured on the phone while still at the airport that someone would be there to check us in, and while someone was on site we would have appreciated more immediate availability, especially since it wasn't our fault that we had arrived outside of hours. Despite the rocky start, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel-our apartment was spacious, the facilities were good, and the snack bar is cheap and convenient. The lady who works at the snack bar was always friendly, and the lady who checked us out was helpful. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay again

Dear Emma, Thank you very much for sharing your experience in Natura Algarve Club. We would like to apologize because of the misunderstanding with your transfer. Actually on the ticket that date was correct, but on their system, the transfer was booked for the next day. Gladly everything was solved, but accept our apologize for making you wait at the airport. We do have a night auditor from 00:00am until 08:00am at the reception. During the night he is available for all the guests inhouse, and for the guests who are arriving, and he has to do some patrols during the nightm so maybe that is why he was not available when you arrived. We are happy that you had a relaxed holidays, and we apprecciate your comments towards our staff. We always do our best to provide the best holidays to all the guests. Hope to welcome you again.
