Everything great. Would go againPosted Feb 23, 2015
Pros: Its in a busy location but you heard no noise at night
Location: We were below the new town (strip) and to be honest most of it was closed. We spent most of our time in the old town where there was more to do
.We arrived at the hotel by transfer and were immediately impressed by its location and the look of the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and our room and keys were ready. We had booked a room with a sea view and found ourselves in room 108 which has a building in front of it. I would not sell this room as a sea view. However after we mentioned it to reception they moved us to room 202. This was not a problem. The view was stunning from the balcony and I would assume gets even better the higher you get. The room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom. My wife and I had single beds and our daughter had a sofa bed in the apartment. The hotel was very clean and all the staff we met were very polite and always smiling. We did not eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food. The outdoor pool area was large and very clean although a little cold in February. I didn't use the indoor pool but the family said it was acceptable if also a little cold. Overall a good weeks holiday in a very smart hotel and we would certainly stay there again.

Winter holidayPosted Feb 8, 2015
On arrival we were given a comfortable room with complimentary Port and fruit as there was winter works going on near our room that was suppose to start at 9.30 but they started at 7.45. When I went to complain the staff could not have been better and moved us immediately to a much better room which made our stay very special.

The very best in the area!Posted Jan 31, 2015
Pros: The hotel staff were outstanding. The English breakfast was excellent value and well prepared and presented. I loved the setting of the hotel.
Cons: A few upgrades in the decor eg the shower, the bathroom cupboards etc.
Location: The location is the best in the area, close to the sea, amazing sands, safe swimming, pools for every age group.
We were returning to the apartments after 20 years. We loved it when we were young married's with 2 tiny children and we loved it again in our early sixties. The reception we got was exceptional. An extremely warm welcome from the front desk and the hotel porters too. We loved the fact that the decor had changed very little. It was high quality then and it has lasted very well indeed. We enjoyed the sea views/ sunrises and sunsets from the large hotel balcony. It would have been even better from a higher floor level. We were on level 1 but it was still a joy.

rock and roll hotel!Posted Jan 25, 2015
Pros: it was awesome
Cons: if god could make it summer for this country all year round it would be an even more amazing place
Location: loads to do, like loads!!! just book and see for yourself, its awesome dude!!!
had an amazing experience, me and Kyle decided to take our guitars away and played the best song that came to our heads just so happened to be the best song in the world, it was the best song in the world, and it went like this, The pool was ace and the staff where cool, and if it got to cold we got warm in the indoor pool. the apartment was huge we could play a thousand guitars an old lady told me if we rock just like that we will go so so far. the rooms where safe I left a dollar on the side, it never moved for a whole week, those cleaners have loads of pride, the hotels 10 yards from the beach you can play soccer on there or head to a parent holiday and rock out everyone there. wooooo you know its cool when the staff are great, they even serve up a real mean steak plate. no need to think just book you hols now, because who knows, you may see another rockstar smashing out and awesome riff at the mgm crowd!!!

Great locationPosted Dec 31, 2014
Located very close to a great beach, also ideally situated for the 'Strip' non-stop action, if that's what you want, otherwise plenty of other restaurants and bars close by. A comfortable 40 minute stroll into old town Albuferia, for abit ofshopping.

Sprawling hotel complex, nice facilitiesPosted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: Fully equipped large size apartment, with lots of facilities within the complex to do. And other sister properties only a walk away for more.
Cons: Rooms at higher floor given low occupancy.
Location: Beach is 2 mins away, other beaches are 5 mins away. Sun, sand, sea, food and drink!
Visited between 19-Dec and 26-Dec. Arrived nearly midnight with my 3.5y old daughter fast asleep and was received by a warm welcome. The porter also provided nice assistance with the luggage, showing us the room, facilities inside the room etc. We were offered a 2bed apartment on the first floor but were eventually given one on the second floor with some views to the sea. Our request for an (free) upgrade to higher floor (6+) was politely counter proposed by the front office manager with an offer to upgrade for 105 euros which we decided wasn't worth it given we were likely to be out and about most of the time. I however, felt that the manager could have been a bit more accomodative given the occupancy levels were low. Apartment was large, well maintained, appliances working, beds and bedding clean, bathrooms clean and tidy, all you expect to make you feel at home. Housekeeping services were available every day though we used it only on alternate days. Linen and towels were changed every time. The apartment could easily sleep 6 adults and perhaps 3-4 children. Only drawback was that there was no washing machine in the apartment, but was available for 4 euros per cycle at the laundry room. Kitchen was fully equipped, and so we ended up having breakfast at home mostly (eggs, cereals, toast, fruits etc.). Supermarket within the complex stored everything you would need food wise, and even had freshly baked baguettes, and croissants which were simply amazing. Beach is next door.
