“Not Impressed”

When we got to our room, there was no toilet paper, no pillow cases, no soap in the bathroom, no towels and the other room wasn't made up. They just left the comforter in a big pile. I called the front desk and they brought up one role of paper, a towel and pillow cases. His explanation was "sometimes it happens". Definitely not worth what we paid.

“Not what you think”

This is not an hotel but an apartment block linked to the Ocean Bay complexes scattered all over Luz. The amenities listed, for example restaurants, are not at the 'hotel' itself, so if you want some breakfast you will have to endure a quarter mile uphill hike to get it. The hotel is also not situated where shown on the Expedia map; it is actually on a main street approximately 400m inland. Despite taking a downloaded location map with me I had to negotiate the Luz one way system 3 times to try and find it, before giving up and ringing the hotel to get directions.
