The rooms were comfortable and the property is conveniently located around restaurants and bar options and only a few minutes walk from the city center. The property is a bit dated but so is the rest of the Lagos area so when you take all into account it actually is a good/convenient property with good location. The breakfast offered is excellent and very complete. If I return to Lagos I will book here again.

Hotel is in a very convenient location. It is walkable from the bus depot and is also walkable to the old town. Hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately our bed sheets were stained with what looked like blood. They should be bleached or thrown out.

Staff was great! The girl at the front desk (Maria) was extremely helpful and pleasant. Walking distance to pretty much everything including train station and bus routes.

The staff was very pleasant, and the hotel is in a good location (walking distance to old town and waterfront). We could hear the people above us. I would suggest getting a room on the top floor if you are sensitive to noise from the ceiling. The hotel could use some touchups. Overall, it was an okay stay for one night.

What we like and give them a 5 star Plus is the staff. Never stop working, Cafeteria, room service, reception,bar. What we did not like is the distance from the room to main services.always taking the elevator or stairs. I'm 80 years of age, handicap,stayed 21 days at the Tivoli,where room 1137 was small and very far from the main entrance and dining room. Fantastic hotel with very helpful staff.
Lovely hotel very clean and tidy staff are fantastic and very helpful. Great location very close to the Marina and beaches. Spa is a little dated but still very nice. Breakfast was amazing so much choice. Fantastic Mexican just up the road. Hotel is very close to bus station (Easy walking distance.) which we would have used if we had researched how close it was instead of the hire car. Thank you Trivoli for a fantastic weekend.

The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were a bit tired and dated, however the bathrooms were renovated and fine. Our aircon didn’t work, no matter how many times the handyman came. It would have been nice if staff had offered to change our room.

Convenient location (although not best end of town) and mid-range pricing, but beware of little add-on charges. What is presented as complimentary tea and coffee (as standard in hotel rooms worldwide) is not complimentary at all. They charge you for every little thing on checkout. On room servicing toilet paper and tissues were not replenished, which was inconvenient.

Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were small but clean and upgraded. Housekeeping was nice. What annoyed me is that they charged me 2.50€ for a 2 minute local call. There were no signs or anything that alerted me that I would be charged. So that rubbed me the wrong way.

The good - Good location. Nice breakfast. Convenient shuttle to the beach. The not so good - we were in a room on the bottom floor. It felt like we were in a basement. The elevator to the room was old and the dark dingy hallway needs painting, new carpet and smells musty. The room was decent but not enough towels and few amenities.

This is a sprawling property spanning over 60 years of construction. We stayed in the oldes part. Hopefully you won't. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The property had a resort feel but bit dated. It was like a maze to get around and u fortunately, our room was small compared to our friend’s room. Avoid room 700s or 800s…2200 rooms were much better.
