Spacious and relaxing but could have better poolPosted Sep 2, 2014
We had 2 bed townhouse, accommodation is lovely, very spacious, bright and airy, patio doors from both bedrooms and lounge open onto manicured grounds with private patio area table & chairs and sun beds. The resort is beautiful and well maintained with lovely grounds and has a calm, relaxing feel. My only gripe is the pool which is too small for the hotel and the surrounding area felt cramped with not enough sun beds for all. Strangely, next to the pool is a large, bland water area which looks as though it should be a pool but is used as a pond and could be put to better use. I would like to mention a member of staff, Vanessa, who was a fabulous hostess.

Great hotel mainly for families .Posted Aug 19, 2014
Great place very safe and very friendly staff . As you would expect during school holidays it's good for families but I wouldn't book as a couple . Out of season may be different .

First rate staff and facilities in quiet location.Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Superb staff. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the gardens are lovely and all facilities were well maintained. Not too busy.
Cons: Can't think of anything.
Location: Quiet but within easy reach of nearby beaches and larger towns. Nice beaches about 10 minutes drive away and free hotel shuttle if needed.
A nice location in a quiet area but within easy reach of nearby beaches and large towns if you have a car. The members of staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. We arrived well before check-in and the room was not ready so we were given complimentary drinks by the pool (we still got our room 2 hours earlier than the advertised check-in time!) Unusually for a hotel that does not have other shops and bars close by, the prices were very reasonable. The gym, spa and tennis prices were also fairly priced and provided a good range of services. Lovely pool area well stocked with sunbeds and umbrellas but not too busy. The restaurant and bar serve a good range of excellent food and the breakfast buffet, which was included in our price, had a very wide choice of fresh hot and cold food. There are nice beaches a short drive away and a free shuttle to take you there. We walked a few times to a nearby village which had a couple of bars and an Italian restaurant which didn't look great from outside but served excellent food but would have been happy to stay round the hotel the whole time. On the day of departure as nobody else was checking in to our room we were given an extended check-out time for no charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation. It is very well run and the management have clearly worked hard to get the best staff and ensure that guests have a good experience.

Wonderful holiday with our 3yr oldPosted Jul 5, 2014
Everything about our stay was amazing... Gym, kids activities, friendly staff, clean rooms, spa and tasty meals (breakfast and dinner). To make the most of your stay here, best to have you're own car as the hotel is not walking distance to carveriro beach. You won't be disappointed with your stay here!

Beautiful hotel and great for relaxationPosted May 19, 2014
Had just a four night stay and wish it were more. A lovely place to stay for a relaxing time. Stretched out by the pool most of the day. Breakfast was perfect. Lots of choice in the buffet. I used the gym in the morning and it was well equipped and like everything else about this hotel, it was all in perfect working order. It is rare to find a resort hotel where everything is so well maintained. The staff are very polite and helpful without being pushy or false. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone for a quiet stay in 5 star comfort

Excellent hotel for familiesPosted Apr 27, 2014
Great hotel for families. I would not say it is 5 star but great service from staff who are courteous and very helpful. The kids club is one of the best we have experienced. The only down side was the fact that our apartment was not always cleaned properly and that the restaurant was overpriced.

Excellent HotelPosted Sep 16, 2013
Pros: Accommodation, staff, environment
Cons: Advertise the happy hour better, additional transport to nearest village.
Location: A bit isolated but nice village 3 miles away.
Very good hotel, very helpful staff. Lovely town house, one bedroom appartment, hard to find better. Great grounds, pool, gym. Only draw back is its location, 3 miles from the nearest village. Taxi cost 9 euro e/w.
