The staff when checking in and out were very helpful, The breakfast we found when we ate there was cold, also the restaurant staff we found needed to be more aware or what was going on, cleaning staff were also very helpful. We loved the area that the hotel was in, although our room was small it worked for us

This hotel likes to dictate how you act. There are no reading lights available so if you do not have an electronic device you can't read in bed . Also they have chosen a TV package with only one English speaking channel. The lifts are very slow and unless you are lucky enough to get a sea view then view is of someone's bedroom two meters away

Stayed in a sea view room with large terrace. Beautuful view. Room was large and clean with good comfortable bed. Relatively basic room but nice. The terrace was great except the paint was very weathered and flaking off the terrace doors. There were also black marks on the sun loungers which put me off. Appreciate its difficult as they are outside. Enjoyed our stay.

Great Location - Great views and Very Clean.
Easy to find right on the seafront. Check-in was good and professional in a nice reception area that really sets the tone around pop art. The room was very clean although quite small as was the bed - BUT the balcony and sea\beach view more than made up for this. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and surprisingly varied. I would stay again but keep it to a couple of days with the space issue - Great for a short break!

Lovely staff .Breakfast very limited if you like hot food. Tea coffee machine inadequate for number of people wanting to use it. We ate out for Breakfast. Room clean and comfortable air-conditioned very poor.

Great Hotel, incredibly Central for the Old Town and an easy walk to the strip if you need to go there! Clean and tidy and very cost effective.

A gem of a Hotel
Lovely qurky room with sea view Balcony as requested, room was a little on the small size getting around the twin beds, however bedding was perfect Egyption cotton sheets, duvets two comfy pillows and really comfy beds. Maids service was excellent, beds made towels replaced all to very high standard. Reception Staff were super friendly.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Room had magnificent sea view from balcony and hotel situated in great part of Benidorm. Got a late checkout for 25 euros. Will be returning..

My best ever hotel 🏨
My best ever hotel I have stayed in Benidorm all the staff so kind and friendly and could not do enough for me The room was spotless. Bed and bedding so comfortable View from the balcony of the seaview amazing Breakfast first class so much choice and service fabulous. The location of hotel is perfect for the beach and the Old town I would highly recommend the Causal Art

The room was very small with a tiny window looking down into a courtyard. It felt claustrophobic but the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change. The rooms with balconies looked better. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately we parked in a residential spot and our vehicle was towed ( 10 Euros for taxi and 60 Euros impound fee) Benidorm is very busy and the painted lines are faded on the streets so be careful.

Pop hotel
The hotel is in a really nice location just next to the old town. The hotel is also on the beach front with nice views. Everything is very close & easy to walk to. We booked a basic twin which was ok but was very dark and had a very small frosted window which looked on to the middle shaft which was dark. Would not recommend these rooms. I would stay again and pay extra for sea views & balcony.

Great stay at casual Pop hotel
Check in was nice quick and easy. I was able to park the car outside the hotel for 15 minutes while we got our luggage. The room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed. Service was great in the bar at the side of the hotel. Breakfast was continental. Lots to choose from. Overall the hotel was perfect, we where there for 2 nights but could of easily stayed for more. Hopefully we will return in the near future

The hotel is in an excellent area, in front of the beach avs next to the walking area. The staff is really nice and decor is cool. We stayed in a family room on the 1st floor. The neighbors started making very loud construction noise early in the morning. The hotel director moved us to another room on the 7th floor and let us check out late so we could rest in the quieter room. We would definitely stay there again.

Improvement needed.
Hotel needs more staff for cleaningness..Breakfast area dirty walls, dust on the lights, floor.. don t feel welcoming for breakfast. Feel sorry for the only staff who was running around in the morning Food that was supposed to be warm was cold..we had the breakfast and skip the second one as concerned on hygiene food safety. Otherwise room are ok and great location.

Ha sido una estancia de larga duración donde tuvimos que estar los primeros 2 días en una habitación de inferior precio e instalaciones a las que habíamos reservado con mucha antelación, reparamos en que el desayuno tenía productos que no eran frescos y la limpieza cumplía lo justo.. lo mejor, la ubicación y la accesibilidad, seguramente nos lo pensaremos mejor la próxima vez..
