Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry you didn't enjoy our breakfast. As in many Spanish hotels our breakfast which is included in the price of your room consists of a glass of fresh orange juice, a coffee and half a baguette with tomato, ham and cheese or jam if you prefer. However we have several different breakfasts which can be ordered either in reception or in the restaurant on payment of a small supplement, usually 2€. For example you can have an English cooked breakfast or a healthy one with fruit, muesli and yogurt to name but two. We hope you will return soon to give us another chance to change your opinion of our breakfasts!

Please accept our apologies that the receptionist was unable to assist you with your bags. She should have called another member of staff to help you and will do so on your next visit. We have no single rooms with a bath on the first floor therefore you were allocated a room on the second floor. The website states that we have no lift. Our superior single rooms normally have a 90cm bed but we installed a 135cm bed for you as requested however we understand that you feel that this made the room very small. We do however have many different types and sizes of rooms and would be delighted to assist you in your choice of room for your next visit.

We are sorry to hear that your sleep was disturbed. Some people love the liveliness of the street facing rooms, others prefer the tranquility of our patio facing rooms. Please specify that you want a quiet room on your next visit and we will make every effort to meet your requirements. Included in our room prices is a standard 3 € per person charge for a standard Spanish breakfast.As almost everywhere in Spain this consists of a tostada with fresh grated tomato, cheese and ham, a cup of coffee and a glass of orange juice. We offer various alternative breakfasts all of which require the payment of a small supplement, for instance for an English breakfast the supplement is 2€. We apologize for the fact this was not made clear and this has been discussed with the restaurant manager.

Thank you for your review. Because of the age of the building all of our 43 rooms are different. Some are larger, some are smaller. In the booking process all of the smaller room types have the word "small" in the the description.
