This should be rated as a 4 star hotel. Excelente location, incredible sea view, perfect cleanliness and the most powerful shower I've ever seen. The staff is also very gentle and helpful. I would highly recommend it and come back in the future!!

One week stay near Levante beach
Good hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Bed was a bit hard for my liking, but not a major issue. Upon arrival, we were told that there was no car parking space available, but we managed to resolve the issue. Parking space was a bit tight for the size of car that we had rented and my parking ability ;-)

Pros and cons but would stay again
Pros: Excellent location with breathtaking views, friendly staff and clean rooms. Cons: The breakfast was horrendous even the cornflakes were stale. Price of drinks in the bar were ridiculous Sun loungers have seen better days Up a slight hill

Great service from front desk night manager Anthony and day manager Hani and restaurant staff Mr izhar was extremely helpful and gave me information about local shops and other attractions in the area i booked here after being in other hotel and found this extremely relaxing and pollution free ,Sunset views of the bay was breathtaking booked extra nights after initially booking for a week definitely coming back last but not the least live Spanish dancing was extremely awesome.

Views are amazing. Loved the balcony.. Reception staff were great and we had a choice of rooms as the hotel was quiet at this time of year. We arrived by motorbike and the receptionist asked where we were parked and said we could park it at the hotel.

Needed somewhere to stay just for one night before joining friends and this hotel was very good. Lovely views, comfortable bed and reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice as well.

Benikaktus well worth staying!
Looks like the bathroom facilities are fairly newly refurbished in the room. The showers are excellent, was awoken though by some very noisy plumbing. Soon sorted by leaving the plug in the sink which didi the job. My brother in other room didnt have this issue. All in all a good place to stay wonderful views, easy access, right on the beach. Food was as expected, good enough but lacking a certain finesse. However plenty of choice at breakfast.

Stopover on the way from Valencia to Granada. Room was half board - breakfast and dinner. Was ok nothing to rave about. Breakfast was better than dinner, with the usual bread, ham, cheese but it did have cereals and yoghurt and the best part was the fresh fruit. Hit meals available like scrambled eggs, baked beans, bacon and sausages my husband said the breakfast was great. Our room was a superior which we had a fab view of the sea and corner windows opening right out. Room was standard hotel room but the balcony was worth the extra money and nice views at night. After dinner there was dancing with music. Pool closed at 7 pm which I thought was a bit early. Parking self but you got charged.

Clean, relaxed beach-side hotel with great views
Stayed at Benikaktus for 4 nights at the end of June on a lads, well 40 year old lads, holiday. Hotel location is excellent right on the beach and a nice walk down the beach towards the new town and bars. Rooms were kept very clean although decor is a little dated. We had sea views which were great looking out across the beach and towards the old town. We stayed half board and food we had was typical buffet standard. The bar area in the hotel was nice with good views. Hotel generally was quiet and we didnt have any issues to complain about. Only thing to watch out for is that, as nice as the beachwalk is, dont attempt it alone in the early hours, a few dodgy characters hanging around there looking for lone drunk walkers! Try Little Bobs down the beach front bars area, excellent food!
