Pros: Everything!!!
Cons: No need any improved!!!
Location: Very convenient location to everything including the beach!!!
Very nice,clean and comfortable hotel ever,good food I encourage everyone to check this hotel in next trip!!!

Hotel staff very helpful and good location for beach + nightlife. Sunbeds a bit of a premium by pool as people reserved them early morning with towels despite signs saying not to.

First time at the hotel and we had only booked B&B. There was a good varied choice at breakfast time. The bedrooms were adequate although they would probably benefit from some update. The room/bathroom were cleaned each day and fresh towels provided. Tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom would of been good..The staff were always polite and helpful. we didn't go to the evening entertainement so cannot comment on that. The hotel was in quite a good postition and a short walk to the promenade which was pleasant to stroll along. The old town was very nice and worth the walk

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war aussergewoehnlich freundlich, hoeflich und zuvorkommend. Ein sehr angenehmer Beginn fuer einen Urlaub! 1) Ich verstehe, dass z.B das Servieren/Abraeumen in einem Speisesaal ein bestimmten Logistik folgen muss, um sehr viele Menschen gleichzeitig bedienen zu koennen. Dadurch wir allerdings fuer den Gast der Gang zum Buffet ein Huerdenlauf, der dabei all die Servier/Abraeumwaegelchen umrunden muss. Der entstehende Laerm durch oben Beschriebenes ist an der Schmerzgrenze. 2) Der Gang zum Buffet ist etwas fraglich, denn das Essen ist einfach nicht gut. Nicht verdorben, freundlich serviert aber geschmacklich stark verbesserungswuerdig. 3) Das groesste Aergerniss stellte fuer mich die Codekarte fuer die Toilettenbenuetzung im 2. Stock dar. Auf dieser Etage ist das Restaurant, die Bar und der Pool. Diese Toiletten MUESSEN frei zugaenglich bleiben und duerfen nicht durch diese elende (und in der Not nicht funktionierende) Karte blockiert werden. Toilettenbenutzungsmoeglichkeit muss jedem gestattet werden=Menschenrecht. Und das amerikanische "zu ihre Sicherheit" darf nicht als Ausrede fuer Einschraenkungen jeder Art dienen. 4) Zumindest im 10. Stockwerk sind die Zimmertueren nicht im geringsten leise schliessbar. Dadurch entsteht durch die Fruehaufsteher und Spaetheimkommer Tuerenknallen der hoeheren Ordnung und macht das Schild "Verhalten Sie sich bitte leise" obsolet.
