Great staff in this hotel so friendly and helpful to make sure you have a great time. Service at the pool bar and restaurant was brilliant joining in on the laughs. Rooms are basic but have everything you need and super clean,the showers are fantastic. We will be returning next year

This hotel is very well positioned... The staff are very friendly and efficient. My only criticism would be that the walls are very thin and you can hear the people in the next room.

Great hotel
On arrival the receptionist could not do enough for us, our room was large enough and we had a pool view which we didn't expect,in the room was a free safe,flat screen TV,free fridge the bed was comfortable,the pool area was nice and clean and plenty of sunbeds and a poolside bar,the hotel is in a very good location just on the square opposite the Sinatra's entertainment bar, I highly would recommend this hotel

Friendly and welcoming staff.
The whole hotel experience could not be faulted and all staff were excellent. Be aware that the hotel is next to Cafe Benidorm etc and that the music and noise goes on until 7am. If you are a light sleeper maybe not for you.

Can't really fault the Orange hotel.. excellent location, clean, friendly staff.....apart from one thing make sure you take the card you paid on as they request this and if you haven't got it you can't stay!! ...

An enjoyable holiday in wonderful Spain
We enjoyed our 8 night stay at the Orange. We made the mistake of requesting a pool-view room, not realising that this meant facing the Square. We have never heard so much noise going right through until 6 a.m. This meant keeping the doors closed which in turn made the room very warm and as the air-con doesn't work until high season, this made for a few uncomfortable night. The hotel was very quiet as it was the first week in May. The food was very good although the selection of food at the Servigroup Torres Dorada was much better, having been there several times. The dining hall layout isn't the best. There is little room for queuing for the food and the soups and hot plates are in the corner where the end of the queue should be and so a lot of "jockeying" for plates and takes place. I would imagine that when the hotel is busier the other of serving area is used. The hot plates are a must because from experience, having lived in Spain for 9 years, food in Spain is never served hot, which is a must for me. You can always let food cool down but not warm it up. The staff are very friendly, especially the bar staff, always smiling and attentive. Alberto the show chef was a nice chap, who was very busy at times, keeping up with the demand for eggs and bacon off the grill. We found one of the managers a bit surly.

A hotel we return to time and again
We always enjoy our Christmases at the Servidor Orange Hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and extremely pleasant. The choice of meals is good and we will return for Christmas next year.

Hotel Orange in Benidorm.
Hotel_Staff all very good. Shame about many dishes in Restaurant only being luke-warm but food selection very good. Best I have had in 3 star hotel in the area.

Solid 3 star hotel, nice reception. Very good food on the full board. Room was a little tired but the bathroom with walk in shower was modern. Room was cleaned everyday. Excellent for a group of guys or girls but it is by lots of bars so if you have a family it can be quite noisey on the street outside in the early hours.

We arrived just before our check on time but this wasn't a problem. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant and very clean and basically all you need for a beach holiday.

The choice and quality of the food was exceptional catered for all tastes the service and cleanliness in the hotel overall was very good got a very good signal on the free wifi provided just one small complaint the fridge in the room could have been colder

Stayed for 2 nights hotel lovely very central, beds were extremely hard and un comfortable. Renovated bathroom very nice but the door was glass and swung in and out with no lock with large gap all the way around, not very private and dangerous for children.
