Apartments have an excellent locationPosted Jul 2, 2014
Pros: Large well equipped apartments with very friendly staff. Fre Wi-Fi. Excellent range of channels on TV for those that do not worship the sun.
Cons: We had to request clean towels after 3 days and although it was no problem - replacing towels could be more frequent.
Location: Well placed for all night time entertainement but far enough away not to be bothered by noise from bars with endless tribute acts.
The location straight across from the beach and close to the majority of amenties is excellent. The one bedroomed apartment had everything we needed for 3 people to cater for themselves for a week although we ate in the restuarant quite a few evenings because the food was very good. We thought it always seemd to be busy day & evening and now we know why - we can recommend both the food and service. We arrived very late (4.30 am) after delays caused by air traffice control and problems with the baggage reclaim at Alicante airport. However, David on reception had waited to receive us and was very welcoming. The rooms were all clean and made up so we just fell into bed exhausrted after a 15 hour jorney. However getting up next morning and standing on the large balcony looking out to sea made the traumas melt away. The pool is large and clean with plenty of sun beds and shaded areas. Although the majority of guests were Spanish everyone we encountered were very friendly.

Pros: the views
Cons: the reception staff
Location: very close to all the main bars but still very silent at night.
a good standard of apartment with good views, but some of the reception staff were very rude as if you where a hinderence to them.

Close to beach, nice sea viewPosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: The location
Cons: The lighting in the corridors, the number of times the room was serviced and the price
Location: Close to nice bars, restaurants and the beach
I loved the location of the hotel, but it was only serviced every four days. also the corridors were very dark so when coming back late at night it was very eery. There were light switches on the walls but they were hard to find in the pitch black. I would stay here again but only for the location. I think it is over priced and the bathroom was very small

Great for families and couples.Posted Dec 27, 2012
Pros: Sea view and cleanliness.
Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.
Location: Perfectly placed between old town and newer areas, right on the beach. Couldn't be better.
Room was comfortable although have stayed in apartments in Benidorm which have been much larger. The lounge area and the bedroom had a sea view via an adjoining balcony. The kitchen area was small, but adequate with a microwave, toaster, cooker and fridge. Room cleanliness and facilities were faultless. We had no kettle but one arrived ten minutes after requesting one from reception. Bathroom was spacious and well appointed with a power shower and a bidet. Hotel is in the perfect location on the sea front and midway between the old town and the newer areas. The pool sunbathing area was a little shabby, but the pool itself was large and clean and only accessible for hotel guests via their own key. Staff were helpful and attentive. Definitely would stay here again unless I was after a cheaper holiday as other rooms in Benidorm can be found for much less money which are also good but not quite as close to the beach.

Les Dunes Suites - BenidormPosted Jul 24, 2012 on Hotels.com
The apartments are right on the beach and very close to all local amenities, staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are very well maintained and are to a high standard as you would expect from a 4* We have stayed in Benidorm over 10 times during the last 6 years and each time we have stayed in hotels, this was our first experience in an apartment and from now on it will definitely be our base, no more hotels for me!
