Extremely difficult to find despite use of sat nev

Direction to apartment very poor No English tv. Bed side lamp bulb blown before we arrived. Limited hot water supply. No instructions to near by places or maps. No staff to help in evening or early morning. Nothing available in evening. Remote from any restaurant for evening. No road signs from mutxamel to bonalba. Staff were helpful did their best.

Over priced and disappointing

You need a car! This was not streesed enough.A long walk to any bar and a treck back up 'cardiac hill' to your appartment. 2nd gear in the car to get up the hill, as for walking to the club house.. forget it! 4km to the beach, but only if you walk across country and along motorways/dual carrigways. pay extra to hire towells sheets.No maid service unless you pay and 50 euro cleaning charge at end of stay. No information given on arrival, staff unhelpful at spa and golf resort. Overpriced and disappointing

None of the facilities advertised are affiliated with the hotel. In fact, there isn't a hotel. The resort is a selection of beige and brown rented apartments in the middle of nowhere. It's also poorly signposted. There is no reception or staff to aid you - good luck finding your room and your keys, you'll need it. If you do decide to book, make sure you bring towels and bed linen as it isn't provided!
