Excellent value for moneyPosted Apr 18, 2015
This hotel totally exceeded my expectations. The rooms are a very good size, the food was excellent with lots of choice and variation, the children's entertainment was great, the staff very friendly and the hotel very clean. Will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Pros: v nice hotel
Cons: Sadly the food was not to our liking. Mass produced - the dining room just spelt of fried food and fish.
Location: OK, Didn't find anything to do - other than walk and look for better eateries than that at the hotel.
unfortunately, weather was very cold for 2 out of our 3 day visit - nobody's fault!

good hotelPosted Apr 13, 2015
Pros: location,and staff
Cons: food and choice, and sunbed mattresses and free safe as now 4 star
Location: night life,beach,
been here lots of times, standard has dropped on food and room looking a bit tired after refurb, but this could be down to guests not being respectful to rooms, also kids running wild, banging, screaming chasing each other in and outside most of the day which was reported but nothing done, parents just watched on or were not their.other bar being open would be nice but only the main bar open even in day as you had to make your way inside if you needed service, mostly queing in evening.

Good value for money.Posted Apr 6, 2015
Pros: The suites were lovely. The food was great. Lots of activities / entertainment day and night. There was a kids club and arcade room.
Cons: The pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool was freezing. Some of the entertainment was very adult (not appropriate for children).
Location: Great location - close to all amenities including shops, restaurants and the beach.
My daughter and I recently stayed at the Marconfort Hotel Suites in Benidorm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the hotel was very clean; there was plenty of activities (during the day / evening); the food was delicious; and all the staff that we were in contact with were very helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go all inclusive at a hotel where there is daily activities / entertainment.

Lovely hotel - couldn't fault it.Posted Apr 4, 2015
Cons: Keep this hotel stag and hen party free to keep the relaxing feel to the hotel.
Just back from our first (and hopefully not last) lovely 3 day stay at this hotel. Couldn't fault the staff, service and fantastic food! I am gluten intolerant but this was not only not a problem to the hotel but they bent over backwards to make sure I had what I needed. I was given feshly baked gluten free baguettes, gluten free cakes and the offer of gluten free pasta dishes whenever I wanted them! What a treat! The hotel is comfortable and spotless. The all inclusive was above and beyond what I expected - the drinks measures were always generous and service was quick. The room seemed brand new and was lovely. About a 10 min walk to the gorgeous beach and just around the corner from other bars and shops making the location perfect for us. Hoping to return again soon!!
