Warm Friendly Welcoming Staff and very clean in all areas. Food stop on good value for money. Entertainment was OK. Close to beach and Old Town

Clean, bright hotel. Very polite, friendly and approachable staff who were more than happy to help and give advise. Spotless dining room and plenty of choice available. Nice size indoor pool, gym and sauna. Never had a problem locating a sunbed at the outdoor pool. Reasonable bar prices for such a well kept hotel. Ideal location in Old Town, near main road, sea front and walking distance from railway. We had not mentioned that it was my birthday during our stay. The hotel picked this up from our booking information and a bottle of champagne arrive by room service on the day compliments of the management.

More 3 star than 4. Great location for old town etc. Staff helpful. Breakfast ok. Rooms a bit tired.

v good overall, the spa was slightly disappointing, free but changing rooms very cold and only one shower and hadnt thought to take shampoo etc so didnt bother using it. had to give 20 mins notice if wanted the sauna but as the person wasnt there for the first 10 mins then it didnt seem worth it, water in the jacuzzi was quite cold so didnt stay very long as teeth were chattering. All other things about the hotel and staff were good.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, a stones throw from Poniente beach and the Old Town. The staff and service were excellent and the food second to none. We checked in and went for lunch. The choice was amazing, with freshly and well cooked meat and fish, salads, paella etc but with choice for those who prefer more traditional food. There was something for everyone. We come up to Benidorm from south of Alicante for a night or two on a regaular basis.We have stayed in many of the hotels there. However I just cannot fault this hotel and will be chossing this as my hotel to stay from now on.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was clean and the choice of food was fantastic. The food was piping hot and they had hot plates to put your hot food on. We had a sea view room and it was lovely looking onto the beach.

This hotel has a fantastic location. We met many repeat visitors, which says alot in itslf.

The Hotel was lovely. Food excellent, so were the shows that were on in the evening after dinner.. The staff were very good and the Hotel was clean. The rooms we had on the first floor had restricted sea views and the decor was a little tired. We booked a half board package and we thought the prices were very good. The bar prices were also reasonable. We had a lovely time with our family and would certainly go there again. We would highly recommend the Hotel. The location was also very good. Close to the old town but only a short walk to lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Wonderful clean hotel. Great location about 2 minutes from the poniente beach side of benidorm. Staff great, very friendly and helpful. Food great, we choose the half board option. We went between 3rd Nov and 10th Nov which is generally a quieter time out of the school holidays, but this was ok as we wanted a restful week. Overall a fantastic week spoilt only by the weather ( but it was november !! ) I would definetly stay again.
