We were impressed by Jamie’s Customer Service. It’s a receptionist who would always welcoming you with a smile even he is super busy and the only one at the reception! Anything we needed to arrange he did immediately without any delays. He is such an asset of the entire team of the hotel! Thank you Jamie!

Only One elevator was working for entire building, hence long lineups ! There is no parking at the hotel and not easy to drop off/on the luggage, Hotel has good location and rooms have great views! Allso breakfast was delicious!

..excellent location, fabulous buffet breakfast and friendly reception and breakfast staff. Let down by unfriendly (almost rude) bar staff on top floor. Very uncomfortable bed, you could feel every spring - definitely need new mattresses as not good for anyone’s back.

Excellent location check in staff friendly and professional. Rooms were very clean and well serviced. Breakfasts plentiful and covered all tastes. Coming back again.

The building smelled like a sewer and we could hear the elevator all night. We heard the other guests in our room. The bathroom design was not well planned. The toilet was in front of the sink. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again!

Great location and great view from room
Loved our stay here. Had a room on 18th floor with amazing views over the marina and beach. Bit disappointed as room description says you get a balcony but you dont really. Window opens at waist height and eben if you climbed out no room to stand? Hotel is in a good location on the edge of old town and near water front. So easy access everywhere. Airport bus stops 5 mins away on the front. Lots to explore in valencia and we got the tram to Benidorm and Elch for a day trip. Takes about an hour

Hotel was within walking distance to everything. It was very clean and the breakfast included option was good. However the doors in the apartments slammed shut if you didnt close them carefully and we heard this constantly from other apartments.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was smaller than expected with a cramped bathroom. Did not like being so high up on 18th floor. Lovely sea view but tiny balcony so couldn't sit out.
