Presented as a hotel. Reality was it was viewed locally as a backpackers' hostel. Rooms were very small, double bed only. Courtyard not well maintained. Pool was decent as relief from 40 degree plus weather.

This is an older hotel with very, very small rooms. It it more suited to a backpacker who needs a break from camping out. Conditions of the grounds were less than satisfactory. The best attribute is its location...right downtown Alice Springs. Just a block from the mall, close to eating establishments, across the street from the bus station. Also served by the airport shuttle.
