Walk to St. Bonaventure if you had to....Posted Feb 3, 2014
Pros: Convenience, little extras.
Location: Beer and Barrel restaurant, St. Bonaventure.
Needed a close and convenient hotel for an overnight in Olean, as we were going to St. Bonaventure early the next morning. Couldn't have been more convenient (across the street), clean and accomodating. Nice greeting with a water bottle/chips or apple, soup upon arrival if you wished, and a good breakfast the next day made things easy.

hotel close to casinoPosted Jan 16, 2014
Pros: Staff was excellent and so was the breakfast. Not many hotels have fresh fruit. The location was nice too because there were 2 buffets close
Cons: Just need a better way to keep the room cool would be nice. Didn't try the pool area, but it looked impressive. Excellent overall experience......
Location: well, there is a Walmart, Tops, and two buffets close to the hotel. We chose the Chinese buffet and glad we did. Went to Friendly's Rest. and casino
Had an excellent experience for the most part at this hotel. My wife and I went to a comedy show at the casino, so we needed a room for the night. The casino were charging $199 compared to this hotel which was half the cost. We went for the jacuzzi suite. The issue was when we were ready to turn on the jets....the fan didn't work. We had to move to another room, which spoiled the mood. The next room was equally nice, but there was an issue with the room ventilation. It was uncomfortably warm even though we set the fan on cool. It was a long, restless night. The bed was comfortable and we loved the breakfast. Will stay at this hotel again, but no suite this time.

Very friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. A little far from the ski hills (25 min). Pillows were terrible!! Breakfast was good and was constantly replenished.

I forgot my coat in the hotel room and called the next day. The hotel clerk was very nice, courteous and prompt in retrieving my coat.

Basketball Season BeginsPosted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: The staff is very happy and helpful.
Location: St Bonaventure University is across the street.
My husband and I stayed here after the opening game of the St. Bonaventure University Basketball team. The hotel is located directly across the street for the University. They provided welcome cookies and a lovely breakfast on Sunday. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. It is not a fancy hotel but perfect for our stay.

Quiet comfort!Posted Sep 24, 2013
Our three night stay was a delight. The check-in staff was attentive as was the young lady attending to the breakfast room each morning. The establishment included all the little (and not so little) extras that separate this location from the cut-rate motels. This is the best place in town for a night's stay!

Never thought I'd pay this much for a hotel in OlePosted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: Location, quiet
Went for a wedding. Room was fine but nothing special. Coffee in the morning rivals some of the worst I have ever tasted.

On a motorcycle trip with friends. Hotel was very new so everything was fresh and new. Staff was great, beds were comfy, breakfast was good. Liked the idea of gas grills to use. Never have seen that before. What a good idea.
