“Very Nice Accomodations”

We needed a nice place to stay for a weekend show at Alfred University. Many in our party were staying at another hotel closer to the college. However, they were not pleased with the conditions. We decided to look elsewhere. We were extremely pleased to find such a well maintained property at a good price not too much further away than our friends. If I ever need to stay in the area again, this would be the first place I would consider. The room we stayed in was very clean, beds were comfortable, the hotel felt newer, and we had plenty of stores around us to get necessities. Compared to what other choices I had in the area, this was an outstanding value!

Very nice newer hotel. Room was very neat & quite large. Easy access to area restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Very close to main highway.

“Macro deal”

“Would use again.”

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Room was spacious, clean and updated. Would have liked to have coffee pot in room, not just in lobby. Would also ask about room placement next trip. Doors slam very loud and we had discourteous neighbors (long into the night) one night of our stay. We would have asked to change rooms if their stay had been longer.

“Best option for area”

Not much to choose from in this area but we were pleasantly surprised with Microtel stay. Would stay there again.

“not impressed”

The only thing good thing about the hotel is that it is clean and has friendly staff. The thing I didn't like is that the free continental breakfast didnt have a good selection of items, there is no gym or pool. There is also a train track about a tenth of a mile away and the rooms aren't very sound proof because you can hear everything that is going on.
