Great place due to convenience!

Busy Valentine's weekend when the wife and I stayed. All about shops, shops, and more shops. Shower, WINDOWS, and couch were not clean in room. That was our only complaint. Overall experience was great considering. Do not eat at Paradise Bakery next door. Yuk! Do eat at Kelly's next door for dinner. Awesome!

Nice stay!

Pros: It was very nice.
The hotel was very nice and upscale. We did not get a chance to experience all the amenities the hotel offered but the staff was pleasant to talk to and our room was very nice and clean. This is going to sound weird but some of you will know what I am talking about when I say the hotel smelled nice as well.

Nice and clean hotel.

Pros: The location of the hotel was ideal for us. Restaurants, highway, shopping was all accessable
Cons: Would have enjoyed longer hours for customers in the lounge and the lounge should be open on Sundays.
Location: The location was ideal for lots of shopping. Near major highway, provided easy access.
My Experience was OK . However The hotel provided no brochures or travel information for visitors to the area. Hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

Clean, modern, great amenities

Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of plugs for device charging. Enjoyed breakfast - paid the upcharge for it with reservation and it was well worth it.

No room service, no valet, moldy showers, hair all over bathroom floor. Bedding didn't smell clean and the towels were so starchy you'd think they'd never of been washed.

WALK TO THE EVENTS CENTER

Location: BARS AND RESTAURANTS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, EVENTS CENTER IN THE SAME PARKING LOT

giant courtyard; lousy gym & pillows

The nicest place to stay in Allen. Tons of good shopping and restaurants near by. Extensive meeting space but the rooms are a bit worn, smelly and the worst polyester wad pillows ever. The equipment was super cheat and two of the three treadmills didn't even work. Not much equipment either which was surprising given how large this Courtyard was. The largest I have ever seen. Staff was nice, but told me they didn't have mouthwash because it didn't sell well. I was thinking-- because most hotels at $150/night have it complimentary in the room.
