Nice hotel close to shopping

Enjoyed our stay, room was nice. Bed was comfortable, full size fridge. Didnt get to enjoy the hot tub because another family stayed in it for over an hour and had to go to the front desk to ask for pool towels. They need a towel station by the pool

family friendly hotel

We stayed for four night and enjoyed the breakfast provided in the morning. The rooms were very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay.

Really great place to stay for any purpose

Pros: Spacious rooms, breakfast, evening reception. Very good, free internet
Cons: Nothing really
Location: Close to freeways
Very spacious rooms, nice people, nice breakfast, very nice evening reception, very easy to get to places. It really does not get much better

Nice place and great value

We arrived for Valentine's and the staff was very helpful upon arrival. Everything was pre-checked in which made the time very minimal. Room was very clean. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine were among a few of the items available to us and this made the stay very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel and plan to stay there again.

good stay for value

I would have given this stay a 5 star however we were disappointed in the breakfast service new years morning. When checking in we were told that breakfast would be served from 6-9 mon-fri and 7-10 sat-sun. The sign in the food area also said this along with the welcome sheet in the suite. We were down in Allen to run a half marathon new years morning and the 6am breakfast worked perfectly so we did not prepare any bring anything for ourselves. We went down to the breakfast right at 6 and no food was being put out. Around 6:10 the servers started bringing some food out so the group of us went up to dish up some bagels and fruit when one of the servers told us that breakfast wasn't until 7 due to it being new years and we could not take anything. After a brief argument she allowed us to take some bread and fruit (that was already out) but she came across pretty cross to us. This would have been avoided if the hotel would have left a note either in the room or by the breakfast area stating the time change... in that case I would have brought my own breakfast food since we could not wait until 7. Other then that the hotel is a great stay with very clean suites.
