Did not appreciate that there was no elevator and we were on second floor, plus there was a dog field trail and there were dogs in a lot of the rooms.

Disappointing Best Western hotelPosted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: We had several very heavy boxes and they did provide someone to carry the boxes to our room but no one was available at checkout as promised.
The hotel was very shabby and not particularly clean. There was no elevator and everything had to be carried to the second floor. Could easily hear voices from adjacent rooms at normal speaking levels. Second day did not receive enough towels (only single hand towel for 2 people) or a bath mat.

Not very goodPosted Sep 7, 2014
Rooms aren't that clean or well maintained. Many fixtures are old or non-functioning. Week-end housekeeping was non-existant for my room, had to reuse wet towels. Noise levels are very annoying.

Total SatisfactionPosted Aug 29, 2014
Pros: The warm, "down home" feeling.
Cons: No comment
Location: A doorway to Amish country. Loads of opportunities to enjoy persons and beautiful, sparkling country.
If your plans call for a visit to Amish country around Lancaster/New Holland, PA, plan to stay at The Richmond House Bed and Breakfast, New Holland. Great hosts, clean, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds and superb breakfasts to please the most critical!

Pros: Swimming Pool
Cons: Took too long to get served at restaurant; had busy day and ended up leaving the facility to get dinner.
Restaurant needs more staff when hotel is booked up.

Staff pleasant. Cleanliness lacking.Posted Aug 23, 2014
Two rooms. Shampoo and soap from prior occupant still in shower. Door handle fell off. Hair on top if the hair dryer. I would not recommend this hotel.

Good location for visit to Lehigh UniversityPosted Aug 22, 2014
Nice hotel. The pool looked great! Wish we had remembered our swim suits. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Liked that there were different resturant and bar options right in the hotel. Included breakfast had good options and nice & helpful staff.

Family groupPosted Aug 18, 2014
We went a group of 16 all family members for 2 nigths . Hotel staff were very polite, very good breakfast, the restaurant has a veried menu. The rooms are a bit old, a little face lift will help.
