Nice place for a cheap stay

The front desk looked very nice, but our room smelled of paint and the pillows were the worst.. Otherwise it was fine for a night...

place smells like cigarettes

Pros: room size, location price..
Cons: get people that speak clear English. don't allow people to smoke in the hotel,check the rooms AC before renting it.
Location: I was in for a wrestling tournament , plenty of shopping and restaurants and stuff.
Location was not bad close to highways , restaurants and shops. Pool looked decent but I didn't use it. AC didn't work in my room, which I wanted to use just to drown out the noise from the people next store , could hear them talking late into the night. Also the no smoking does not seem to be enforced. you could smell the stink of cigarettes in the room and as you walk through the place. The breakfast opened late with minimal options.. they said the cook called out sick.. Staff seemed nice except for who I guess was the manager. Could hardly understand a word she said and she seemed annoyed with my feed back. Rooms size was decent and all you real needed and aside from being outdated was clean.

We try our best to enforce our non smoking policy but there are some guests who choose not to abide by those rules. We apologize for breakfast opening late and not having much options. During the week we have a regular continental, but during the weekend we have our hot breakfast with more choices. We deeply apologize for the way your feedback was handled and we will speak to the correct people to fix this issue. Currently, we are going through renovations for our rooms to update them and give them a better look that before. We hope after we complete all our renovations, you come back and give our hotel another chance when you are back in the area

Room was not clean

Room was not clean, found hairs on the bed and also on the towel. Housekeeping is definitely an issue. Clogged water in the sink. Maintenance had to be called. Powder room fan was very loud. Hotel Ambience was nice and their breakfast area was nice too. Staff was co-operative.

Hotel close to airport

No telephone to contact front office for any of your needs, had to use my cell phone to call the front office. People screaming in the hallway at 3 AM in the morning. Smell from smoking in the hallway went inside our room. If you want to sleep and relax, this is not the hotel to stay at.

Good price, good room.

We wanted a cheap place to stay for one night. This fit our needs perfectly. Room was good, staff was nice. Breakfast was available in the morning.

Location: some malls to go to
The hotel was in good condition. Card would not work in first room had to walk back to front desk from 3nd floor. I was given a different room. Rooms heater was off so I stayed in a cold room until the heater could warm it up

I selected the hotel because it had a 3 star rating and restaurant on site. I was traveling with a dealer and didn't have a car. When I checked in I asked how late the restaurant was open, and was told they served until 10pm. I had to change rooms twice, (the first faced the pool and sliding glass doors didn't lock); the second the heat was not working. After I was checked into a room with locking doors and heat, I went to the restaurant/bar. It was 7pm, the bar was open, and the bartender said the restaurant was now closed. Really? at 7pm. Very run down hotel with poor service. They are beginning remodeling, however; I woke up at 6:30am to the sound of power saws and drills in the hallway.
