“Dissatisfied New Yorkers”
Checked in no problems, room appeared clean until we found a bed bug on our pillow. We had only been in the room for about five hours at most. We packed up and went to check out. I calmly told the employee what had happened and that I wanted to check out and receive a refund for the room. He refused and began raising his voice and blaming me for bringing bed bugs into the hotel. Neither of us have bed bugs in our homes.... we did not bring them in. Aside from the condition of our room, I still would not return to this hotel because of the poor costumer service I received. I would never go back.
“So so hotel”
This is a pretty basic hotel. I guess you get what you pay for. It was ok, except for noisy people in the hall at night, seem to be partying, so I could not get to sleep until about 1 to 2 am
“This is about price, right?”
This was a great value hotel. It was a convenient place to sleep, there was a small breakfast bar, and the staff was professional. My colleagues say that I am "slumming" but I can get three nights to there one. And don't have to pay for breakfast or internet like they do. The location is right off the interstate and that was great - however it took me three tries to figure out how to get into the location. I guess I'm not the only one - there was a sign warning me that I missed the hotel - just before I went onto the I 78 on ramp - that was close!
“It's okay once you get past the unattractive location”
The surrounding area (location, landscape, etc.) is horrible. The reception/morning buffet area needs updating. Once you get past these negatives, the hallways to the rooms are nice, clean and updated. The rooms are neat and clean. They can use new bed skirts and/or bedspreads. When we arrived at our room, the door was opened and the housekeeper was sitting in the room and stated that she was waiting for her ride. (Not sure what that was all about.) For the price and a one night stay, this was okay. It isn't a place on my 100 places I would chose to stay list.
“It's a cheap room.”
It's tricky to find and it's in kind of a seedy area but it's cheap and I had no real problems.
“Gives You a Clean and Basic Room”
Call them directly for special needs because we had a person with a cane who needed the first floor, and they had given those rooms away. Office is friendly and tries to help. A good value. Inside pool not open in winter months.
