“Wonderful remodeled historic downtown hotel.”
Have stayed here several times over the last 4 years. This room, which was a queen suite, had the best view, overlooking the Delaware River, bridge and New Jersey...loved it! The room temperature, which is non-adjustable, is always very comfortable. The suite is very spacious, with the large living/dining and kitchen area. There are many positives about this hotel, including the large fitness/workout area and swimming pool. I will continue to stay here whenever I'm in town. However, there are some negatives that hotel management needs to improve on: living room furniture is very dirty and needs to be replaced or deep cleaned; nearly all the forks, spoons, knives, bowls, plates and glasses were missing from the kitchen...need to replenish all of these items; The beautiful tiled shower has no shelves or shower caddy to hold soap, shampoo, etc. Despite these few negatives, I still loved my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
“wonderful weekend in Easton, Pa”
We were celebrating my husband's birthday and we enjoyed the queen suite, where we could make a meal, serve snacks and refrigerate our beverages. We could hear the neighbors talking through the duct work, but thankfully, not in our bedroom area. Unfortunately, we must've shared a hot water heater with someone, as there was only lukewarm water when my husband showered in the early evening.
“Luxury in unexpected places...”
The rooms were fantastic, and the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a separate large shower. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with every interaction. Free wi-fi, free fitness facility, free parking in an outdoor lot. Great cable channels on TV as well -- not the limited selection in most hotels. The only downside: the free continental breakfast was bare bones. Two choices of cereal (Frosted mini wheats or Cheerios), coffee, a couple bagels, OJ and Apple Juice. The coffee shop just off the lobby would be a better bet if you want a decent breakfast.
“Highly Recommended”
We stayed in a modest sized room on the eighth floor and found the room to be very well appointed. The staff was very helpful. The location in downtown Easton was very convenient to downtown restaurants and shops and not far from Lafayette college.
“Like it”
I liked the Eastonian. It has nice rooms... some are suites and some are just regular hotel rooms. Good service and quality accommodations.
“A gem in Easton PA”
This hotel is one of the best kept secrets in Pennsylvania. The rooms were beautiful and the staff very knowledgeable and informative. I would recommend the Grand Eastonian Suites to all.
“Very comfortable”
this hotel was very nice and gave us a free upgrade just because it was available. Will be back to this hotel again.
“Neo-modern misses mark.”

“Nice Rooms, but lacking service”
Upon arriving on Fri night - Couldn't locate the front door - no sign. I called phone # - was incorrect. Got # from information & Someone came to door (it was locked) and let me in. The room was very nice & modern. I had a 5 day stay and housekeeping only paid 1 visit & it was dusty! Also, doors are locked after 8pm so you must call for admittance each time you arrive. I was also greeted one morning by maintenance installing locks on a closet door. I had just gotton out of the shower and was getting ready door opened, I was half-dressed when i was greeted by housekeping - I shouted that I didnt need anything right then but she was with two maintenance men! informing me they were installing a deadbolt on a utility closet - no mention of coming back later, no knock at door, no asking if it was okay - they just walked right in and proceeded with this 10-15min task! I was so shocked I didnt know what to say. It says cable and internet - the cable got about 25 channels - mostly all local stations (not much cable) no DVD player or option to buy movies on television - the TV in one room was in a cabinet facing the closet (zero visibility) - other room had tv on side (which was semi-visible from bed)... The WIFI doesnt work in all rooms and the cables inputs are either in a hallway (?) or kitchen counter (no stools to sit) not at a convenient place near the desk.
