Good hotel and convenient location

Posted Jun 27, 2015
It is a nice hotel and very convenient as it is across the street from the company I was visiting. Bath room doesn't have adequate light and exhaust fan.

TV didn't work, slow to respond. Very dated. Bathroom felt very old. Hotel is going thru a renovation right now- much needed.

Visiting Kutztown University

Posted Jun 14, 2015
Pros: The breakfast was delicious, and the people were great.
Cons: Cleaning is a good option. and general update is needed too, especially the mattresses.
Location: Thank God for Wawa, or the answer would be NOTHING.
We booked this hotel so we could rest before my son't orientation for Kutztown University. However, the location did not have dining options, had horrible beds and dirty bathrooms. It is in an industrial park, so we heard trucks all night. Latly, they are working on a construction project, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. We will not choose this hotel in the future.

The room was clean and the bed was great. The only issue was that it was very outdated. The knobs on the Jacuzzi tub were cracked and hard to use. The tiles and grout around them were cracking. It was ok, I would have been fine with the room being a little cheaper for what it looked like.

Pros: The bed! I never slept so well. Such a pretty room, I wished I didnt have to rush off to a meeting.
Cons: The hotel was going through renovations, however I was not inconveninced by any of it. No improvemnts I could see needs to be made.
Location: There is plenty of local things to do, but my trip was short. food nearby was good.
Absolutley wonderful! I enjoyed my stay immensely. Thank you all for making it so pleasant.

Allentown on Biz

Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: The brand name and previous experience, this property, not much.
Cons: Freshen up and install better windows for noise from highway.
I usually enjoy a Hampton Inn and I guess for the money spent it was okay but the property is showing its age. The biggest thing that was disappointing was the road noise as the property is right next to a highway. Bed was a little too firm. When I go back to Allentown, which I do frequently, I will choose another property. But, like I said I usually love Hampton
