“Great!!”

Nothing not to like. It was all as good as possible, clean, friendly staff, nice rooms and amenities, not expensive. I am somewhat picky and I will only stay at a hotel if the expedia rating is 4.5 or higher if possible. This one was a "5" all the way....

“Great Room”

The king sized bed was comfortable. Nice choice of soft or firm pillows. Spacious room.

“nice place to stay in Bethlehem PA”

this hotel was clean and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice experience. The breakfast was ok the food could be kept a little warmer though.

“Great Value in the Lehigh Valley”

The Holiday Inn Express was convenient to major highways and the Airport and was in a quiet industrial park near my client. Check-in was efficient and the complimentory breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would stay there again and will.

“Great price for a good room just dont expect Cold Drinks in your room”

The area was great, the price was great, the rooms were clean! We had ordered two rooms and they were not together, even though no one was in the rooms next to either of our rooms! We brought water and soda and there was no little fridge. The new Holiday Inn Express' are usually a lot more fancy then this one! The Free Breakfast Buffet was wonderful. Not enough tables, we had to stand and eat because there were so many people and kids there. Overall I would go back, I would just be more specific on what I wanted!

“Very Nice”

The room was very nice and clean, Me and my daughter were comfortable, my bed was a little uncomfortable but very nice. The complimentary breakfast was good except for some of the guest that were staying there were rude and children not being watched, I almost fell over on one because she was standing behind me without me aware of it. But very nice hotel and would stay again.

“Short staffed linen service?”

On our second day maid service never came, despite our having twice requested fresh towels and toilet paper for the room. There were still linen carts and room cleaning being done at 5pm!! I don't know if they just didn't have the staff or if they just can't get it done earlier, but I thought that was pretty shabby.
