Cute hotel, well maintained. Ample towels and toiletries. Clean room and bathroom. Located on Main Street, which is right in the heart of shopping, decent restaurants, and historic architecture ~ very walkable.
The $10 parking fee was surprising for a self-park facility, especially without public transportation options to the city. Seemed like "nickle and diming".
The main restaurant (1771 on the Terrace), the one we wanted, had stopped operating a while back. The menu was the same a the pub, which was fine but they should have told us when making the reservation for dinner at 1771 on the Terrace, which is promoted as fine dining.
With the exception of Maria, the Front Desk staff didn't seem happy; we felt like simple questions were treated as an annoyance. Facilities and housekeeping staff were very noisy during sleeping hours ~ after 10:00 pm and before 8:00 am.
