Dissatisfied

I brought a very small dog with me on my trip. When I booked the room it was not noted of the pet fee of $150 which is more than the cost of the room. When I checked in the staff did not notify me of this rate either. I am very disappointed and will not be staying there next year.

Thank you for leaving a response regarding your recent stay with us. My team and I can understand your frustration that you were unaware of the pet fee before your arrival. Residence Inn as a hotel brand loves the opportunity to be a pet friendly hotel; however, there is a pet fee that is associated with that amenity. The $150 fee exists to pay for the professional cleaning that has to take place after the pet checks out so that we can assure all dander and allergens are removed for following travellers. I hope that this experience doesn't deter you from returning in the future. -Hotel Manager

Good stay. The parking lot was a mess with snow & ice. Other than that it was nice.

2nd stay and it was perfect!

Pros: everything
This was my second stay here and it was really great. The girl at the desk that checked us in was super..cute, friendly, and attentive. The room was really clean and comfortable and a great place to visit with my sister and her friend. Felt like home. This time, we stopped at the breakfast buffet (which I didn't have time for last time) and it was a real nice surprise. Fresh made waffles (really good), eggs, sausages, cereals, breads, coffee, juice etc.. but the thing that made this one stand out was that there was always an employee or two attending to the buffet so it was well stocked and clean. I will make this my place to stay when I come to PA

Pros: pet friendly! and it appeared the room was recently renovated. everything appeared very new and clean.
Cons: the breakfast room close to where the check in desk was..didn't like the high stool type seating and did not stop there the following morning.
the front desk girl was adorable..very efficient, professional and got me checked in quickly. the room was great...a kitchen, living room area with large sofa, nice large flat screen TV that swiveled so you could see it in the living room area or while in bed ( I loved that!). It was the perfect environment for my sister to come for a visit and we didn't have to hang out on the bed the whole time.
