Overall facility had an "empty" feel. Seemed like half the outlet shops were vacant and the ones that were open were empty. It was an "Event" night so nicer dining options were all booked. Casino was fairly busy, but at 10pm after concert, only place for a drink was casino bar which had no food. Not what I remember from a few years back. Guess things have changed since Covid.

I really enjoyed the location because everything is connected and accessible. It rained the entire time so what we planned could not be done. Because everything is connected we had plenty of options to choose from without leaving

I liked that the Casino and Event Center where all connected together. So if the weather was not good you never had to leave the premises.

Overall, the hotel was very convenient for staying over after a concert at the Event Center. However, check-in was delayed due our room not being ready. We were two out of at least a couple dozen other people who had to sit and wait in the lobby for a notification of a ready room. It was about 1.25 hours past the check-in time, which in many cases would not be a big deal, but many people were frustrated given that it was getting close to the beginning of the concert. We, like others were worried that we wouldn't be able to get into our rooms before the show. I have used hotels for both business and leisure travel probably a couple hundred times or more and I have never experienced this. Maybe I've just been lucky up to this point. Better planning by management for busy days is necessary (there was the concert and also a couple of conferences going on). If you're short-staffed, maybe you need to increase wages. Other than that, the room was nice and big. The food choices were pretty good. But the outlet mall is pretty dead, I would say about half empty. The event center is great and we really enjoyed the concert. I would definitely go there again for a show, but I would hesitate about staying there again due to the late room availability.

Beautiful resort! We checked in early and our room was ready. We stayed in a presidential suite and it was spacious and beautiful! We ate a late lunch at Urban Market and it was very good. We attended at concert in the evening and it was very convenient. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We will be back!

Traveling with kids, we loved the pool, the arcade and the food court. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the spa was a treat! Nearby, we went to Lost River Caverns and went to an Escape Room in the downtown area. So much fun! Overall, very nice place for a winter getaway!

stayed in the presidential suite.. very large beautiful room. However there was a loveseat and 4 chairs of which only 1 was without stains all over it.. There was a beautiful set up kitchen area loaded with cabinets yet no microwave, no paper towels nor a garbage can in kitchen area. There was 2 bathrooms which was nice, but on side of vanity it looked like gum had been stuck to the side. The room did have robes and slippers that were nice but for almost $400 a night i just felt it could've had a few more amenities.
