“Brand-new feeling”

Hotel appears brand new and was very easy to find. Our king-sized-bed room was next to the elevator and the lobby and was much quieter than we expected. Breakfast was included in the room price, not optional. Although it is probably fine for families with kids, mostly cold cereal, muffins,etc; I would have preferred the option of having the room a little cheaper and gone somewhere else for breakfast.
