Enjoyable stay
Booked as a stopover we were really happy to stay at The Originals Boutique - exceeded our expectations. Spacious, airy rooms, good bed and shower, very quiet. Even had a garage for the motorbikes (5 euros extra). Perfect location - square, park and river. We had a great evening in Vichy

Vichy Central Hotel
Located pretty centrally in Vichy, this hotel is extremely comfortable. I did request a superior room and it was lovely. Tastefully decorated, large and comfortable with two balconies which overlooked the park. The staff from arrival to departure were polite and courteous. My motorcycle was safely parked in a locked garage which was ideal and with the 5€ suppliment. Breakfast was self service with lots of choice and friendly staff. The room was clean and modern. Excellent.

Great location and quaint hotel
A very good location and an hotel of character. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking in the street but we were there in August and no parking to be found. We parked across the river, 5minutes walk away. Vichy is lovely and we had a great meal at Brasserie de l'opera which is very close to the hotel. Booking essential in high season.

Alright, not wonderful
This is a perfectly adequate three star hotel. Parking was difficult and we had to park in a municipal car park some distance from the hotel. I had sent an email asking for a quiet room but I had to push to get a room on the top floor, we are both very light sleepers, eventually they found us a suitable room.

Dear Madam, We thank you for this comment, In fact, all parking spaces in front of the hotel, behind and in all the adjacent streets are free. Sometimes you go around twice to find at certain times of the day, but usually all of our customers make it. On the other hand, the hotel has a minute stop for these customers so that they can unload their cars. We do not have a covered car park, but we suggest that you use the one at the Hôtel des Célestins, located about 400m from the hotel. Good hotel in quiet location
Good hotel well located in Vichy. The service could have been better. The room was clean, well lit but a bit old fashioned. The hotel is located in a quiet area within walking distance of restaurants, shops and parks. Good place for an overnight stay.

Boutique Hotel
The bathroom was not clean. There was a medicine wrapper on the floor. That was not mine. Hotel is nice but overpriced. I had not choice since there was an ironman triathlon in the town that week-end and all hotel were booked. I will not stay there again.

I booked this hotel as a recommendation for a destination wedding. I was informed we were to have a continental breakfast for our time of stay. When I checked out I was informed that I had to pay for the breakfast because I booked through Expedia even though I informed the attendant at time of check-in I was there for the wedding. The air conditioning in the room turns off at night making the rooms very hot during the hot weather outside.

As specified on the email she sent you, bookings had to be made via email or over the phone. You chose to book through expedia instead, at the standard rate, and at the expedia conditions (which resulted in you paying a higher price, and us paying a commission to expedia) : we therefore don't really understand you issue. Love this place
Hotel is well located, quiet, with lots of storage, a good shower and has all the necessary basic comforts. There is no refrigerator or hotel parking lot, but we have never had trouble finding parking nearby. We stay here whenever we are in the Vichy area.

Lovely room very clean and comfortable . Very friendly staff on reception and in the restaurant . Very good meal in the evening. Nice and central with easy free parking. We really enjoyed our short one night stop and definately go back .

Beautiful corner room with two balconies! Very comfortable and roomy. Staff was very nice and cheerfully answered every request. Restaurant was excellent as well. Bath was very convenient and with ample room. Highly recommend!

Lionel’s vfm (value for money)
Although the bedroom was not over modern it was more to a typical French local hotel rather than in a group company such as ibis. The service was excellent some staff spoke really good English. The restaurant had very good evening menu, the breakfast seemed a little expensive but this seems typical of France. Parking was in the local area on Saturday this was a little difficult to find space. The shower was good and a constant temperature; I slept well and overall I enjoyed my stay and will return when next in Vichy

The hotel looked nice and was easily affordable. The staff was helpful. My French is poor. our room was also clean and nice. Parking was also good, street parking for free. Our shower did drain slow. I am use to being internet connected. They supplied free wifi however our room was at an end and the reception was very weak.

Good Hotel in a great location
The staff were friendly and showed us to our room which was clean and bright with a view of the river. Parking seemed to be alright with no charges, and after one circuit of the road I found a space about 50mts from the hotel. The Cathedral and city centre were a short walk away and all in all the hotel seemed in a good position.

Lovely Hotel, amazing staff
My room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. The dining room and food was excellent, great choices and services. The hotel is a short stroll from Tourist Information Centre, The Spa Quarter and High Street shopping. I had an 'original vichy spa' at Centre Les Celestins', can not recommend it highly enough, and don't forget to take your swimsuit with you to enjoy the giant whirlpool.

Hôtel en bon état et agréable. Personnel très pro. Les petits déjeuners sont très copieux et proposent des produits sains, aussi il y a du lait végétal ce qui n'est pas très fréquent, thé bio, très bon muesli, très bons pains. Bonbons vichy d'accueil dans la chambre

C’est notre hôtel quand nous venons à Vichy. J’adore le charme, l’emplacement et le calme de cet hôtel. Par contre l’heure du départ à 11h est trop tôt, la plupart des hôtels c’est à 12h et la connexion internet était très instable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Vichy que j’adore!
