Hotel facilities were very good. Reception could be more friendly, it seems to be a Spanish problem.

I am not sure how this hotel is getting more than 2 stars. The hotel is noisy, the staff does not smile, the rooms are tired, the food is so, so... I stayed here since my Villa was occupied by tenants. I needed and iron and an ironing board to iron a shirt. They did have an iron but no ironing board. The front desk person said to make it work some how. Then she requested a 20 Euro deposit for the iron.... Really? I just walked away in disbelief. As far as the noise... how on earth can you blast music at 9:00 in the morning in the pool area? I was up, but I could not imagine others who wanted to sleep. So, never again. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Firstly - excellent booking service from Expedia. Can't be faulted. Hotel very shabby for a four star. The bedroom was sparse and in need of renovation. The air con was pathetic! Final straw was when we were "allocated" a breakfast time slot of between 0915 and 0940 - no other time acceptable! Staff, especially in the bar area, very friendly. We had booked for three nights but checked out after one and into the adjoining 4 star Marina Playa which was like moving from a travelooge into the Hilton (for very little extra)

Very noisy, especially late at night. Food very basic and only warm with very little variation during the week. What was on offer at lunch was the same for dinner. There was no information available about the hotel facilities (I expect to have this in the room but apparently this hotel does not have an information pack in the room) - ie where to get pool towels (and even when I did find out the spa was closed both times when I tried to get one). How to get the WiFi code. I was given the incorrect code 4 times and had to go to reception each time. ect ect. A long walk to either of the lifts and the cleaning staff sometimes block the single lift door open to stop the lift from moving.
