Unfortunately An Awful Experience

Posted Jun 23, 2014 on Hotels.com
Old, outdated and unpleasant were how I describe this hotel. It never came into my mind that I will end up at this kind of hotel especially in Malaysia but it happens. I've stayed for 3 days 2 night at deluxe room. Staffs were warm though. The facilities looks old and outdated at every corner. The room was big but has the unpleasant smell. The furniture were dilapidated and amenities look and feel cheap except for the LCD TV. Do not expect much for the breakfast. Overall, it was a bad choice and unfortunately an awful experience for me. There were many new hotels nearby and it's not worth to spend your money here.

Pros: nothing
Cons: staff need to be more friendly. cafe should have food. promotion need to be more often.
Location: hotel location is not in the main road. however the mall that they have nearby not really fun. they only sell gadget.
The staff not very friendly. they have cafe however the food doesn't serve. no body stay at that hotel. the most worst hotel they i ever stay. its haunted. i feel that around 1 am.
