I am fully aware of your disappointment and your desire to share it, but please know that your relentlessness deeply hurts the whole team and only brings negative results. You accuse us of food intoxication in a totally unjustified way, because we respect very strict hygiene rules. You blame us for the high number of tourists in Megève during the holidays, even though you know of course that it is not up to us. I am not saying that there is no fault on our part, but one thing is certain: at l'Arboisie, we listen to our guests and are always there to act accordingly to correct any human error.
