"Trip to GA w/family to watch the DCI competition!"
Reserving was easy. I called spoke to Belle the night before our stay to see if we could get an early check in. She said sure but to call the front desk in the morning. I called in the morning and the "guy" that answered the phone did NOT introduce himself or ask my name all that was said was I'm calling to check in early & he said that's not possible and hung up. HOW RUDE!!! We made it to the hotel and Belle was at the front desk, she checked us in and stated we could have checked in earlier. This was soooooo upsetting after driving 16 hours and waiting till check in time. Had we known earlier would have been a huge benefit for me & my family. Then we get to the room and it was not cleaned! It was dirty and beds were not made!!!! Went to speak to Belle and she moved us to a different room. It was clean but the noise factor was horrible after midnight. I had to call the front desk twice and also knocked on the room door a floor above us. Breakfast was good, location was good, they have a really nice pool/recreation area outside of the hotel, & parking was unlimited/safe. Checkout was smooth!

Pocket Guide: Atlanta Alpharetta La Quinta Hotels

Alpharetta, located less than 30 miles (48 km) from downtown Atlanta, combines a scenic location with Southern charm and sophistication. The city’s rich history can be seen at the Mansell House, a Queen Anne-style home built in 1912 and home to the Alpharetta Historical Society. Milton Log Cabin was built by Future Farmers of America students during the 1934-35 school year. North Point Mall features the only American Girl Boutique and Bistro in the southeast.
