"Jennie checked us in, and she was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. We had a change in plans due to flight delays and cancellations, so I called a couple of times to advise of our change in arrival time and with a couple of questions. I cannot remember when I’ve had hotel staff be so nice, empathetic, and helpful. All were wonderful. The staff working breakfast were the same way. We also met Adrian, the bartender, when we had drinks and a light supper. He was very polite and personable while being professional and very service-oriented. Wonderful hotel, all the staff made it even better!"

"Perfect place to stay if coming in for a concert at the amphitheater. Was only a $8 Uber ride! The front desk was super accommodating when we showed up before check-in time. I wish the lighting in the room was better, the switch by the door was for the light over the sink! "

"The room was nothing like the pictures. Why have a kitchen if not going to provide items to us, plates cooking pots etc… One of the main reason I choose this place was the kitchen so I didn’t have to spend a lot of take out ended up have to go out. Night staff not so friendly returned the key guy just threw it in the desk and said ok no thank you for choosing us. I don’t normally complain but yeah I don’t think I’ll come back to stay"
