“Huntingdon/Raystown Fairfield is a Gem”

I was treated like a king in every possible way to assist me and help me, and as a result it made for a deeeeeeeeelightful experience at this top-quality location. There had been some confusion with my reservation, thanks to a very new and rude Expedia phone person, but Tim and the rest of the actual on-site Fairfield Inn crew turned those frustrations into smiles once they identified what my needs were. I can honestly not recall when I have enjoyed a stay nearly as much as I did this one.

This experience was very refreshing. The Fairfield Inn is stragetically located, picturesque, clean and the staff was superb. Our stay was first rate and after a ten hour trip we were received warmly, checked in very quickly. Breakfast was more than adequate. The pool and exercise room served our needs well. Thank you to all concerned.

We have never had a better hotel experience ever!! Everything was above and beyond our expectations! The check in was quick, easy, and very friendly. The lady made sure we were compeletely cared for!! The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding!! Check out went GREAT!!! Thanks for adding something so special to our already GREAT weekend!!!

“Excellect choice”

We really enjoyed this hotel. Decor was very modern and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent. We really liked having the extra chair and reading lamp in our room. We paid twice the price for another hotel earlier in our vacation and liked this hotel much more.

“Very Nice Hotel Overall”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and there are a few small details that need addressing (below). Everything is really nice for a moderately-priced hotel...decoration and layout is excellent...staff is very courteous, friendly, and knowledgable. Parking/check in/out very easy. Breakfast is fantastic....Marriott has always been in the quality food business. Issues: 1. No alarm clock/radio in the room (why not place this feature into the TV?) 2. Burnt out lightbulb in the room..had to call twice to get this fixed. 3. Housekeeping did not provide a complete refill of room products between days of our stay. 4. Fire alarm went off 2 mornings in a row early AM due to waffle maker's smoke in B'fast area. 5. Room is somewhat small.

“Nice new hotel.”

The breakfast was excellent - it included eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, and muffins. The eggs and sausage were fresh and hot. Staff was friendly and the room was quiet for sleeping. Will definitely stay here if I need to spend the night in this area again.

“Solo Adventure”

Was great- out of the hotel mist of the day exploring the city of Huntingdon and Raystown Lake- but was comfortable and clean to come home to at the end of the night.

“Great hotel for families”

Enjoyed our stay---we checked in at midnight---the staff were efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of choices to eat for the free breakfast in the morning. I couldn't sleep during the night, so went in the lobby and read/wrote emails to friends..the night staff said hello and asked if i needed anything. Check out the next day went smooth and would stay here again!

“Excellent hotel for family or business.”

Facility is fairly new and very well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff. Very good free hot breakfast. Walmart Superstore located right across the road (Route 26). A few nice restaurants in Huntingdon.
