I didn't like how the person that worked for the property didn't try to help me at all when I had a reservation but couldn't make it due to unforseen circumstances. I put trip protection on but it did absolutely nothing to help me get my money back. That protection thing should be at least at noon, not at 9 in the morning.

Hello Chandria, sorry you had poor experience with your reservation. Expedia offers discounts for hotel/motel stay with some restrictions. you picked cheapest non refundable rate for your reservation. also you did not called 24 hour prior as per cancellation policy. and you booked your room with Expedia so hotel/motel staff can not help only Expedia can help. and you blaming motel for that which is unfair. if you had insurance then they supposed to give you your money back. so please contact them. again sorry for inconvenience.

Pros: Clean and quiet, with frig and microwave. Room was adequate and priced well for one night’s sleep. Cons: There were supposedly 4 Wi-Fi networks for the complex, two within reach of our building, but the signal was to weak to be able to use it. King sized bed was comfortable for one out of two of us, but at least there was a comfortable upholstered chair to transfer to. Not the hotel’s fault, but we also had no phone signal in our room. Would probably use again if we needed to stay in the area.

Room was clean with several very nice upgrades. Would have enjoyed a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast offerings were limited. There was no availability of ice after normal hours. It was a good value for the price and the person on duty was very pleasant and helpful.

This place has so much potential, but it is majorly, rundown. We were greeted with peeling rotting, paint and wood on the exterior and stacks of mattresses sitting outside a seemingly unused portion of the motel. We enter the room, and when I went to move one of the bed pillows, there was actually a roach under it. The sheets and thin blanket appeared to be clean, however… A roach! The interior would work around doorways and doors was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned in months and months. I have pictures, but I cannot seem to download or attach the curtains were slashed with , something like a sharp tool or knife. Did not make for a relaxing sleep. I have no beef with this place and no reason to diss them. Obviously you get what you pay for, but when people can only afford this level, I still believe they should be given , a clean room, without bugs!

Facility is old and run down. Room wasn't cleaned well if at all, fridge didn't work, and "breakfast" was crappy coffee and honey buns. It's a $60/night hotel charging far too much

Cheap, but comfortable
It was a clean and comfortable, no frills room. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect at the price point--a decent place to sleep for the night. Convenient to our purpose for being in the area, lots of great nearby dining options. My only real negative was that our non-smoking room was apparently adjacent to a smoking room, because, at times, the odor of cigarettes was strong.

Overall our stay here was pretty good. We booked this motel for a somewhat last minute weekend trip and it was decently priced for what we got. The room was pretty clean and was what you expected for the price. The only somewhat negative thing I can think is that the room was stuffy when we got there, but after a few minutes of running the AC the stuffiness went away. Also maybe the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than those two minor things, everything else was pretty great. The complimentary breakfast looked good too, but we were in a rush leaving so we didn’t have a chance to get something. The employees at the check in and check out were also very friendly and quick with their service.

Honestly, i was not expecting this. The people were nice but the property was not good. The room was nicer than what i saw on the outside and at the entrance. But this is relatively speaking; overall, the room was still not to my liking. I think the cost should have been $25 for one night instead of the $93 ish that i paid.

The india woman was rude. She only accepted credit card. I took all my money out of the bank except for hotel deposit. However, she refused cash. We end up staying at a bad hotel but they accepted cash. Awful!

Room smelled musty! Headboard falling off, crooked pictures. By far the worst place I have ever stayed. We thought sleeping in the car might be a better option!

This place is extremely run down! We stay in small older hotels often and don’t expect Hilton level experiences. The carpet was disgusting, the walls were dirty and needed painting badly! Mildew in the tile grout in shower, hair on the clean towels, toilet didn’t flush correctly, room smelled horribly. Immediately after checking in and viewing our room we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere else and we were told the room was non-refundable. Very bad experience!

I reserved a non-smoking king bedroom and I received a room with double bed, dirty, and smelled bad. There was no other room available. The check in desk was very unprofessional and at 10:30PM at night he asked if I wanted to cancel the reservation. There was no internet connection to find if there was any other hotel around the area.

Nice owners but horrible stay
Bathroom door didn’t shut, no hot water in shower, for 3 adults we were provided 2 towels, 1 small shampoo pouch, 1 very thin soap bar and 1 small lotion pouch, there was a dirty hand towel on the shower rod, dead flies all over the entrance, very thin and uncomfortable mattress, pillows were useless, breakfast area was very small with little offered. Will never stay here again!

Loved the view, the quietness, the Gazeebo and the friendly staff. What i didnt like was that there was a small packet(not bottles) of shampoo/conditioner, my is hair thick so its a good thing i was bring my own. Lastly the room was not swept from the previous person or persons.

The room had 80's furnitures and decor. It's a very outdated property. We did not have toilet papers or enough towels. The towels were stiff hard. Everything was outdated. Breakfast was carb filled. Not much seating area. The area has so much potential but the owners have just decided to keep it as that.
