“Really nice people, but needs many updates..”
Good: Convenient, pleasant staff, plenty of free parking and everything is around you, price. Bad: Bathroom needs repairs and upgrading, parking lot in sub-par shape, no amenities in hotel. Over all, it just needs total renovation. Verdict: No bad if you have a short stay, convenience and price is a plus.
“Okay, not great.”
Rooms are in a low budget annexe behind the pub. Room was clean but small with a cramped bathroom. Very cold night outside, room was hard to keep warm. Decor was updated with adequate amenities. Not convenient for the airport. A few local shops and ethnic take aways/restaurants within walking distance.
“A decent place to stay”
In this area of Manchester, I trust this lodge is a pretty decent place to stay, and the staff was rather hospitable and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Overall I like the place especially as it was a convenience being equipped with 24x7 Wifi facility. I suggest the management could work further on standards and room for improvement. I would recommend this place to anyone who look forward for a pretty calm, quiet and an enjoyable stay.
